There is nothing bad about this place at all. We really enjoyed our time there. I was there because I was having surgery in the area and needed a place to stay while recovering. This place was perfect. Quiet. Serene. And it had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.

We were really happy with our stay. Living area was roomy and comfortable. Everything you would need in the kitchen and plentiful towels were provided. Hot tub and swimming pool was lovely. Staff friendly. Especially liked having the shuttle to transport you to the strip and other areas. Great for families! Would love to stay again if in the area.

Could have been cleaner

I didn't realize this was a condo complex turned hotel. It was wild. The place was kept up well but the sheets were nasty. All white sheets with makeup stains(I don't wear makeup so it definitely wasn't me) and hair embedded in them. They need to have the sheets professionally cleaned. I'm sure they just use the washer and dryers in the room instead.

The only "complaint" I have is that we weren't able to stay longer. The staff was nice and got the check in/check out took almost no time at all. The rooms are basically apartments in size, which was great. Came with a full sized fridge with a freezer. It came with a washer/dryer. Will most definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Las Vegas.

My favorite place in Las Vegas for sure

I loved the property, check in was super straightforward and easy, I can't say enough about the amenities provided. Its such a great deal to have a whole kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Washer and dryer in the unit. Walk in closet, huge bathtub, patio area. I thought it was well worth the money as all other hotels in the area are far more expensive and you only get a fraction of the space, privacy, and comforts of home as this property has. I will definitely stay here again, also it was very family friendly. Great location for familiar and people with young children.

The cliffs front desk did not charge my card properly at check-in. I had everything ready for them with ample room on the card. After 2 days, I was called and informed by the front desk that I must pay them for the rest of my nights immediately or leave right then. I asked if there was any way to work with me given the front desk caused this issue by not charging my card properly when I was fully prepared, and I ran into trouble with more pre auth charges than anticipated. I had a large pay check coming in the next evening, though the hotel absolutely refused to offer any flexibility in this situation. Even after the hotel acknowledged it was their fault for not charging my card. I was then forced to leave the hotel immediately, even after offering a bank draft or collateral for the hotel to hold onto while I 24 hours for funds to pay then what they didn't charge me as they should have upon check in. I am extremely disappointed in how the hotel handled the situation and effectively treated me like a bum. Actively telling people to stay away from this property and I will never consider this as an option going forward regardless of price.
