A simple, but clean and comfortable cottage centrally located to explore Devon & Cornwall.
A simple, but clean and comfortable cottage centrally located to explore Devon & Cornwall. We loved being part of an active Riding School location with horses around every day (although we never managed to ride!). The owners were friendly and welcoming and the addition of a pool and hot tub made this an ideal holiday spot. Loved it!!

Lovely property in a location that was central, with good access to Cornwall and Devon. The riding stables offered an opportunity for a couple of lessons whilst on site. Thank you
Arrived at cottage to a lovely smiling host, chocolates, tea and coffee and milk.
Arrived at cottage to a lovely smiling host, chocolates, tea and coffee and milk. The cottage was warm and clean and had everything that was claimed on site. The dog walking area is all of the owners fields which the mutt needed after a long drive. All week was torrential winds and rain so not much horseriding was done but this is the gods of thunder, not the owners fault, Anne always let us know first thing how the day was panning out so we could make alternative plans. The hot tub and spa heat room thing is great, (especially in rain and WINDS) ! The only dossapointment is the fishing lake, its an overgrown pond but plenty of fishing sites within ten miles, (can recommend a great one, mill field pool only a short drive away) . Overall great place to stay, loads of activities and tourist stuff to do within 30 minutes drive, great relaxing holiday, book and enjoy.
