"The Panoramic Residence Villa Carmela" is an elegant villa, nestled on a hill overlooking the sea, at 450 m. altitude, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast, up to Capri and Ischia.
Provided with a 2800 m2 garden, private swimming pool with hydromassage and car park for the exclusive use of guests, the property is located in a strategic position: in the heart of the Cilento National Park.

From the garden, from the villa, from the swimming pool, from the porch, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea. Particular attention, in the management of the structure, has been placed in the absolute search for tranquility, silence and relaxation. This is due to the choice of accommodating a maximum of 10 people, despite being able to receive a greater number of guests, who will therefore have very large spaces at their disposal, and it was decided to provide a 40-inch satellite TV with a 'only large room that overlooks the garden and will be used as a games room and TV. The structure has free wi-fi connection.
Recently renovated, it has a total area of about 460 square meters. It consists of a real estate unit that is divided into three levels, divisible, if necessary, by closing the internal stairwell, into two distinct independent real estate units, each with an independent entrance. The villa has a ground floor with spacious panoramic balconies, consisting of a large living room and dining area, study, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom; the sleeping area on the upper floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large panoramic solarium terrace. Through the internal staircase from the ground floor you go down to the second unit on the lower floor, divisible and equipped with independent entrances, also characterized by a large, bright and panoramic living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with bathroom and a large hall TV - relax, equipped with double sofa bed. Just to prevent any disturbing element from the tranquility and silence of your holiday, we have chosen to equip this unique room with satellite television. Both kitchens are equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. The village of S. Martino is in a hilly area, surrounded by greenery and even in the height of summer you can enjoy at night of considerable coolness, so much so that air conditioning is not necessary. It was more than enough to equip the upstairs bedrooms with ceiling fans. Finally, the downstream floor of the building is entirely porticoed and can be used as a covered living-dining room equipped with a large dining table for evening dinners in the garden. The porch floor overlooks the garden and is equipped with an outdoor barbecue area and a bathroom reserved for the garden.
The Panoramic Residence Villa Carmela opens onto a large garden of 2800 m2 arranged in a lawn with olive trees, fruit and ornamental trees. It is divided into several levels connected by stone or terracotta stairs and is entirely fenced and surrounded by a high hedge upstream on the street side in order to ensure privacy. Each corner of the garden has its own particular character.
The swimming pool has an irregular shape (surface of about 50 square meters) with a height that increases from about one meter to about 2. 20 m. and is accessed both by steel ladder and by steps. Equipped with a hot tub and heated, it is purified with chlorine and equipped with an external shower with hot water.
The garden and swimming pool are subject to daily checks and maintenance. It is available from 1st June to 20th September, after this date the use of the swimming pool will depend on the climatic conditions.
