The property is the perfect place for enjoying Lava Hot Springs and its World Famous Hot Pools, floating the Portneuf River or playing in the Olympic Pool with slides. The Inn features a BBQ grill, fire pit, volleyball net, outdoor hammocks & picnic area for enjoying those summer days and nights.

Great property, very clean.

It would be 5 stars except the air conditioner didn't really work. Great amenities, good rooms and beds, well stocked.

Amazing Rental

Highly recommend this rental! Very clean and a lot of ammenities stocked in the house. Kitchen was amazing and utensil and gadget ready to make our meals. The fire pit out back was very fun and the little basket of s'mores supplies was a fun surprise. There are outdoor chairs and a hammock ready to relax in. Bedrooms were comfy and pillows were fluffy! Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/soap and very clean.The house is just far enough outside of town to be quiet but close enough to not be a hassle to get back into all the fun. Owners were super responsive and great communicators. Very friendly

Easter retreat

This was Grandma, Grandpa, our daughter/son in-law and 5 grandchildren. House and yard were clean. We enjoyed volleyball in the large open yard. Loved the large area inside for relaxing playing games, tv and the large dining table

Such a cute pretty place perfect for a large group , house had all utensils and kitchen supplies we needed , fire pit was great, yard was huge, rooms were comfortable and cozy, host was easy to work with. Loved it!

This house is big and roomy i just wish the lawn was green as pictured. The lawn was horribly dry. One of the main reasons I rented this place was the big yard.

Nice place

This has been renovated recently and has all the kitchen tools you need to do basic cooking, as well as a grill outside. Loved the deck, there was just quite a bit of glass around from broken landscape lighting and past parties. No spices or any kind of community cupboard that most rentals have. There's. A little grocery store just a little drive into town, so we made it work. The only bathrooms are downstairs. The master has a full bath and a 3/4 bath right in the corner of the kitchen. We loved the big great room and all the windows. Great views out of all of them. There wasn't a "Rental instructions" book like most rental homes have. Everything was done electronically through the app. We couldn't get the code to work on the front door and the manager had to keep unlocking it electronically. The beds were clean and VERY comfortable with tvs in most of the bedrooms. HVAC system was awesome. Hammocks were a nice touch, but the poles didn't seem too sturdy and rocked a bit. Badminton set was fun, just wear shoes on the grass.
