Lavender and Rosemary cottage: an oasis of peace amidst vineyards and Dolomites

Set in a beautiful hilly area amongst vineyards, the Cottage offers breathtaking views stretching from the Adige Valley to the Paganella mountain and the hills of Lavis.


The flat is fitted with mosquito nets, electric fans and air conditioning in the living room.
The cottage is situated on the ground floor of a historic 18th-century farmhouse, has a separate entrance and has been recently renovated.
The private garden, fragrant with lavender and rosemary, is fully fenced and equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a parasol and a barbecue; the cottage also features a relaxation area with wicker seating and a parasol.

SThe cottage has 3 bedrooms (the ‘Lavanda’ double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, the ‘Rosmarino’ double bedroom and the ‘Alloro’ bedroom with two single beds); an extra bed or a sofa bed can be added to each bedroom, meaning we can accommodate up to 9 people.

The cottage also features 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends: a beautiful full bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, featuring an exposed stone ceiling; another full bathroom within the ‘Lavanda’ bedroom; and a guest bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and washing machine; plus a spacious and bright living room/kitchen with direct access to the garden.

Pets welcome!! We charge an additional €30 per stay (regardless of the number of pets!) to be paid at the property!

Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided free of charge; in each of the 3 bathrooms you will find shower gel, soap and a hairdryer.

A cot and high chair are available free of charge for children up to 3 years old.

Guests are provided with the Trentino Guest Card, which offers free use of public transport throughout the province and free entry to numerous museums, castles and parks in Trentino.

The cottage is just a 15-minute drive from Trento and 25 minutes from the Paganella Fai-Andalo ski area (in both summer and winter, the wonderful Andalo Fun Park will entertain adults and children alike); the ski slopes of the stunning Val di Fiemme (Cavalese, Predazzo, Moena) and Val di Fassa (Pozza di Fassa, Campitello, Canazei) are a 50-minute drive away.

Bolzano is a 30-minute drive away, and in just over an hour you can also visit South Tyrol’s most famous tourist destinations (Merano, Val Venosta, Val Gardena, Val Pusteria, Lake Braies, Lake Carezza).

The cottage is an excellent base for hiking or cycling (mountain biking or e-biking); it is, in fact, situated along the ‘Giro del Vino 50’ cycle route, a 50-kilometre route that runs partly along the Adige Valley cycle path and partly through the stunning vineyards of the Avisian hills.The Adige cycling path is just a few minutes’ drive away; the hills and mountains overlooking the cottage are a paradise for mountain bikers.
For climbing enthusiasts, there are via ferratas (Cadino) and climbing walls nearby.

Given the location of the cottage, guests can enjoy peace and quiet, surrounded by the lush countryside, relax and enjoy a peaceful, restorative night’s sleep. In the evening, they can admire the sun setting behind the Paganella and, thanks to the complete absence of light pollution, marvellous starry skies.
