Spacious three-room apartment of approximately 65 square metres, located in Lazise, about 1500 metres from the historic centre and beach, in the Miralago residential complex, with swimming pool and large solarium area (open from 15/05 to 30/09). The first-floor apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people and consists of a living room with a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas hob, oven, American coffee machine and toaster, French sofa bed. The living room overlooks a beautiful small balcony with lake view, furnished with table and chairs for romantic outdoor dinners. Windowed bathroom with washing machine and shower box, double bedroom with large wardrobe and small bedroom with bunk bed. Garage of 190x220 cm available to guests with separate bike room suitable for safely parking and charging electric bicycles. Air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi available to guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. We have a second ground floor apartment with fenced garden.

The final price is composed of:
