I really liked that i didnt have to check in at the front desk. Everything was via email/text. Staff was quickly responsive when I texted a question about parking and even let me know my room was done early so I could check in early.

Like what one other reviewer mentioned, the pictures seemed like catfishing. Also, someone from staff had entered our room and did not secure the door upon exiting. We found the door to be ajar and unlocked.

Rooms are simple but nicely remodeled. Beds and linens were very comfortable. They have included a number of thoughtful amenities! Provides a great spot with easy access to downtown or a multitude of outdoor activities!

Older hotel slightly updated with very small rooms. No air conditioning so we had to leave window open with loud street noise. Keypad didn't work but had employee let us in. Too much cost for what it was. Internet photos are catfishing. Small shower.

Great place for an overnight stay and if you won’t be spending a lot of time in your room, as it was a bit small, but O know they have larger rooms, so those may be more spacious.

High Quality, Just missing dish soap.

The room was clean and they had really nice soap/shampoo/conditioner. They also included cutlery and while it is eco that they don't replace towels and sheets every day it would have been nice if they would have provided dish soap to clean the cutlery without having to send in a request.

Cozy with added special details for our stay including dog treats and fan. Room was clean, comfortable but did get hot so the fan was much appreciated. Traffic could be loud, but with fan and ear plugs it wasn't an issue. Instant coffee and tea in room - we walked for local brewed coffee. Easy walk to Leadville main drag. Fire pits with blankets and Jenga was a lovely surprise.

Timberline has everything you need for a great stay in Leadville—a comfortable, spacious room with a kitchenette in an ideal location. It’s walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, all done online. And, they were kind enough to allow early check-in. The beds are super comfy. I’ll stay here again!

The Timberline looks good on the exterior for what I think a motel usually looks like. On the inside, the vibe is definitely manly. No frills and a small bathroom with small sink and shower. There is a fridge, microwave and hot plate which was nice. Timberline was in the town of Leadville, which is a cute little town. Everything was within walking distance of the motel. Our only main issue was the keypad entry system. If you don't get it right after 3 attempts, it locks you out. The more you try the longer the wait is, there is no one in the office. You have to call a number for help. We had to leave a message one early morning. Overall, it is a good stay.
