Surrounded by towering trees and looking out to snow-peaked mountains, the landscape will take your breath away. The expansive windows throughout the home bring a sense of the outdoors inside and provide views of the scenic mountain range.

The open concept flows freely into the fully-equipped kitchen and large deck, creating a perfect space for socializing and whipping up a home-cooked meal. The separate family room/media room downstairs gives your whole group a place to relax and enjoy.

For winter recreation, Ski Cooper is about 10 minutes away, Copper Mountain is just 25 miles, Vail is 35.5 miles and Breckenridge is just 42.2 miles from the home. These premier mountain resorts offer word class skiing in the winter and plenty of summer, spring, and fall activities for the entire family to enjoy, from zip lines to horseback rides.

The charming town of Leadville is a mere 3.5 miles from the home. Grab a slice at High Mountain Pies, have a cold one at our local brewery, or stock up on mountain apparel at the many retail stores!

Situated in one of Lake County's most exclusive neighborhoods, enjoy breathtaking mountain range views, private access to the east fork of the Arkansas River plus 154 acres of conserved space.

The views from this house were stunning! The house had fun decor and everything we needed. It was the perfect place to gather with friends and go on a nature walk nearby or drive into Leadville, ski cooper, or ski copper. We hope to come back again. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely phenomenal place. We’re going to look to reserve this house each time our group goes for our annual ski trip. The game room downstairs has all of the amenities from goldeneye to ping pong. we’ve been to many places in the last 10 years and this is by far the best we’ve stayed, and the hot tub easily accommodated 5 people, perfect end to a long day of snowboarding.Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at your Vrbo. The home was awesome. We had everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t think about bringing with sugar for coffee but other than that, we had an amazing time. The only other thing was, I said to put the garbage outside in a big barrel and there was no barrel so we weren’t sure what to do with the garbage.

Great mountain getaway!

We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding and the property was definitely big enough for more than just the two of us, but it was a perfect, secluded location for us to enjoy together. Close enough to town, but far enough that you don’t see your neighbors, this beautiful cabin is the ideal location for a mountain getaway. We will definitely consider staying again, maybe with a group of friends next time!

One of Best VRBOs ever stayed in!

A group of us 10 friends from church wanted to spend a few days skiing at Cooper Mountain in Leadville, and this place could not have fit us any better. We all had a blast playing ping pong, using the hot tub with the stunning views, playing games, making meals in the beautiful kitchen, enjoying comfortable beds and driving 15 mins to ski. We will for sure be back!

Waterfall was spectacular

Rarely do we find a home that we don’t want to leave to explore the area. Waterfall is so quiet and private that we were happy just chilling at home. Everything was spotless and first class. Now we can’t go back to Leadville unless we stay at waterfall!

Beautiful mountain home.

This home is incredible. Close enough to Leadville and yet tucked away in the mountains. The home is cozy and clean with plenty of room for everyone. Our host was responsive to any question before or during our stay. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories.
