This is the second time we stay at Rosy Boa and my friends, and I have decided we will continue to book this place on a yearly basis. The beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are awesome, and it very close to downtown Leavenworth. Highly recommend this place to anyone with a large family or a group of friends.

Gorgeously tucked in the mountains while being super close to town. It was perfect for our group. Everything we needed for cooking was available, the pool and hot tub were perfect, beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed having many bathrooms for privacy. Would absolutely stay again.

This home is beautiful and well maintained. We absolutely loved it. Brought everything we needed and never left until checkout time. Swimming all day and relaxing in the hottub was a perfect way to spend our anniversary. Don't even think twice, just book it!!! You won't regret it!!!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay!

Our group of three families had an amazing stay at this house in Leavenworth! The home had everything we needed—well-stocked, comfortable, and spacious. Walmart delivery made it easy to stock up, and the location was perfect, just a short distance from town. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing and fun getaway. Highly recommend!

Best Winter Getaway House

We had so much fun staying at this house. The house was so festive and cozy. The kitchen was fully loaded so we could cook for our family of 12. The pool& hot tub was a huge hit and so fun for the middle of winter. The house was clean and the beddings were so soft we didn't want to get out of bed. The location of the house was convenient to get to town and grocery stores, The host was very welcoming with great communication and easy check in & check out information. We had an amazing time & would 100 % book & stay here again.

Perfect girls weekend getaway!

Our group had such a great stay. Check in was very clear and easy, and the property was simple to find. Being able to enjoy the indoor pool during a thunderstorm was perfect! We all enjoyed having our own rooms and bathrooms. Everyone's bed and linens were super comfortable. It was so fantastic to be just a few minutes drive away from downtown Leavenworth. We didn't have time on this trip, but we would love to stop at the Reindeer Farm just down the road next time. All of us look forward to coming back for another girls weekend or with our families.

Wonderful relaxing retreat.

The house is a wonderful retreat, of the beaten path but close to town. The home is well stocked and was a perfect get away for our family with young adult children and their SO’s. It has fun activities with the pool and game room. It was a great place to connect, and Tara was great. We’d stay there again.

Place is very large many bathrooms and bedrooms. The teen boys had a blast in the pool and hot tub. Great place. Pool and room very wsrm. Will defbe bsck. One of the best places i have stayed.

Tara was very helpful and answered our questions. Indoor pool was a big hit-especially with the lack of snow to play in. Property was exactly as advertised. Only negative were the nearby trains that woke us up the first night.

Large Family Christmas

We had a large family Christmas with multiple sets of grandparents, 6 kids, two sets of parents. The large number of people and our lack of knowledge of the area could have made the trip difficult, but the property manager, Tara took great care of everything. She sent actvity suggestions, made transportation contacts on our behalf and most importantly took care of all the food arrangements. Premade meals, arrangements with a personal chef and assistance with all aspects of meals. The house itself is spacious, clean and has everything and more one could need for a visit to Leavonworth. The close proximity to town makes it easy to be part of the Bavarian Village magic while still feeling tucked away in nature. It is the perfect location in every way for a family getaway.
