The owners seemed nice but had to be called to the front desk for any questions or service. There were issues with the room like an empty (or broken?) body wash dispenser, hard to turn on bathroom faucet, an empty tissue dispenser pulled away from the wall, and no coffee maker in the room. A creamer dispensed at the breakfast area was curdled. Still, it is in a lovely location, and the very basic room was clean overall.

When we arrived , she was not in her office we had to wait until she showed up. The room was clean but there was so many cockroaches. No breakfast , she said they had to changed the add , and still is there. We needed help to go to the university, because Uber was not answering, the bus was not that far , but she didn’t share any information. They had a Taxi which would charge over hundred bucks just for 10 minutes drive. She didn’t even want to talk or help, and she knew we were there as a visitor. Not helpful at all. I am sorry still to this day that reserve that room. She could helped, just didn’t want to.she made that clear.

Our bathroom was gross… Poor lighting, a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and the shower that kept changing temperature from scalding hot to freezing cold… Management said they fixed the toilet but did not - they only made the toilet more gross… They did offer to let us change rooms but we were too settled in by then… Our previous stay was a bit better so we tried it a second time. It will be our last…

Checked into rm 6. Full of flys Had to kill about 50 of them. Later discovered very small biting flys on me . Room was dark. No overhead light.

The bigggest problem was the low water pressure, but hot water eventual came and I was able to shower. Otherwise, this was a low price leader for a college town Homecoming weekend
