Noisy road

This was a good, clean apartment in an amazing location near lake Ledro. But the noisy road outside spoiled the experience for us.

Modern self-catering in a lovely area

We spent almost a fortnight at Residence Toli and enjoyed it very much; we would like to have stayed longer if our schedule had permitted. The accommodation consists of two modern three storey buildings, one set behind the other, with a service corridor linking them where the site office, a lift and a washing machine (which needs a 2 euro coin) can be found. We stayed in a ground floor apartment with a double room, a twin room and a bed settee in the kitchen/diner so it therefore slept 6. The curtains were thin, but we could achieve a blackout by using the shutters. The kitchen was well equipped in continental style; this meant small cups and glasses and we had to ask for a kettle, but one was produced immediately on request. There was no conventional oven, but the microwave had a grill. The TV showed Italian and German channels and there was no DVD player, but we had taken one with us. The site is screened from the road by a hedge (the quickest way to find it is to look for the recycling bins on the pavement) but as well as parking, there is BBQ equipment, several sun loungers and childrens play items in the garden, and a table tennis table indoors. The village centre is only a few hundred yards away: the older part is to your left, and the newer part, together with access to the lake, on your right. There are various places to eat in both and the lake area also has the local Coop supermarket which sells a wide range of non-food items to assist those camping nearby. The Coop also has a multilingual cash machine and a large car park and opens daily until 8pm in high season (additionally, a Eurospin supermarket on the main road in the next village of Bezzecca sells some different items). The lake is very clean and there was a lifeguard on duty for swimmers; several types of small boats can be hired including pedaloes with slides fitted. The mountains surrounding the area, together with the lake, provide beautiful scenery and the temperature in late August/early September was at or above 30 degrees celsius most days. Most people we dealt with knew some English. We also visited Venice (the longest trip - 2.5 hours), Verona, Brescia and Trento. Be aware that most roads in the area are slow, with low speed limits and no overtaking signs common even when you're not going round a mountain. Riva del Garda is a traffic black spot and we began diverting via Arco to get to the autostrada. We had a great time and would go again.

Siamo tornati in Val di Ledro e abbiamo subito cercato la struttura dove eravamo stati due anni fa perché ci eravamo trovati molto bene, abbiamo scoperto che la struttura si è ampliata e rinnovata con molte migliorie. Se dovessimo tornare in Val Di Ledro sarebbe ancora la prima scelta.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Angebot

Unsere Ferienwohnung am Ledrosee war fantastisch! Der beheizte Pool bot Entspannung pur bei jedem Wetter und zu jeder Uhrzeit und die gut gepflegte Tischtennisplatte sorgte für viel Spaß. Besonders begeistert waren wir von den kostenlos verfügbaren Fahrrädern, mit denen wir die wunderschöne Umgebung erkunden konnten. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt – wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit einem schönen Pool im Garten. Es ist ideal für Kinder. Die modernen Küche ist mit dem Notwendigsten an Geschirr und Töpfen ausgestattet und man kann Kochen. Der große Kühlschrank hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider sind die Sitzmöbel und die Betten sehr hart und wirklich unbequem.

Unser Fazit

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Allerdings weicht das Inserat doch sehr von der Realität ab. Die Bilder der Zimmer wirken stark vergrößert und sind ein Zufallsprodukt. Kein W-LAN am Pool. Die Balkone und Terrassen sollten maßlich angegeben werden, da doch sehr eng. Diverse Ausstattungen waren defekt, die Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig und wir mussten alles erstmal selbst reinigen. ( bei Haaren in der Mikrowelle wird man automatisch misstrauisch ). Der Aufenthalt ist wirklich überteuert - wir kommen daher leider nicht mehr in diese Unterkunft. Insgesamt hatten wir außerhalb der Wohnung trotzdem einen tollen Urlaub - die Gegend ist spitze.

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Residence Toli

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, toller beheizter Pool, Spieleraum mit Tischkicker, Billard und Tischtennis, kostenlos Fahrräder zum Ausleihen, Entfernung zum Ledroeee fünf Minuten zu Fuß b- alles super! Der einzige Hacken: das Grundstück liegt an einer relativ viel befahrenen Straße..

Casa bellissima

La casa è curata, spaziosa, funzionale e posizionata benissimo tra il lago di Garda e il lago di Ledro. Siamo stati solo 2 notti, ma ci siamo spostati benissimo. Molto cordiale il gestore, ci ha permesso di incontrare degli amici nell'appartamento, perchè il brutto tempo ci impediva di vederli fuori, dandoci l'opportunità di stare tranquilli! Grazie, un weekend bellissimo!

Schöne Gegend, aber Wohnung recht laut

Die Wohnung war schön und sauber, aber an der Hauptstraße sehr laut. Nachts schlafen ging nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Läden. Die Wohnung hatte aufgrund der Bilder und Beschreibung großzügiger gewirkt. Leider kein drittes Schlafzimmer, sondern nur Couch in Wohnküche. Wäre für unsre Kinder wichtig gewesen. Vermieter nett. Hat sich immer schnell gekümmert. Gegend toll! 20 Min. nach Riva.

Betten und Matratzen sind schlecht. Kaffeemaschine ist mini. Es gibt nur eine Mikrowelle die ist Ok. 3 Töpfe und 2 Pfannen, nur Jumbo und Espresso Tassen keine normale Kaffee/Tee Tassen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer katastrophal.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit netten Gastgeber. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt könnte etwas mehr Küchenutensilien ( z.B. Müslischalen) vorhanden sein. Der Pool ist toll, die Kinder waren täglich drin. Immer wieder gerne.

Nicht, wie inseriert...

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht den Bildern aus dem Inserat. Manche Wohnungen sind nicht modern eingerichtet. Bekommt man die mittlere Wohnung, so hat man kein Fenster im Wohn/Esszimmer. Nur eine Terrassentür. In unserem Fall zur Südseite, dort befinden sich Parkplatz, Pool und stark befahrene Hauptstraße. Wenn die Sonne brennt und man die Tür schließen muss, sitzt man im Dunkeln. Auch das Schlafzimmerfenster geht zu der Seite und das Fenster im dritten Zimmer geht in den dauerhaft beleuchteten Innenhof. Das Badfenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, da es wohl an ein weiteres Zimmer angrenzte. Da wir uns auf eine moderne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen eingerichtet haben, waren wir mit der dunklen (mittleren) Erdgeschosswohnung sehr unglücklich. Des weiteren war die Couch enorm unbequem und nicht für 4 Leute zum sitzen geeignet. Sauberkeit war ok. Lage war auch ok. Toll waren der Pool, kostenloses Tischkicker, Billiardtisch und Leihfahrräder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in traumhafter Landschaft

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Für komplette Selbstversorger sei allerdings gesagt, dass die Küche etwas spartanisch ausgestattet ist. Geschirr ist allerdings ausreichend vorhanden. Uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, das nächste Mal mit Hund, der hier wirklich herzlich willkommen ist. Was noch positiv zu nennen ist, ist der zwar kleine, aber herrlich warme Pool. Den haben gerade die Kinder sehr ausgiebig genutzt. Der Vermieter ist zwar nicht täglich vor Ort, aber bei Fragen und Problemen immer telefonisch erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wer einen schönen Urlaub, abseits des Tubels vom Gardasee sucht, ihn aber doch nicht ganz missen will, der ist hier am wunderschönen Ledrosee, der wie ein Juwel im Ledrotal liegt und nur ca. 15 km von Riva entfernt ist, genau richtig. Erholung pur. Also lange Rede, kurzer Sinn....Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ledrosee gerne wieder - aber nicht mehr Residence Toli!!!

Die Beschreibung hat nicht nur uns, sondern alle, die wir in der Anlage gesprochen haben, irre geführt: Die mehrfach erwähnte Straße empfanden wir alle als sehr störend: Tagsüber ist permanent Verkehr. Ohne Klimaanlage und ohne Ventilator ist es nachts nur mit geöffneten Fenstern erträglich. Das gilt allerdings nur für die Appartements in den oberen Stockwerken. Im Erdgeschoss ist Lüften gar nicht erst möglich. Zudem stört die helle Außenbeleuchtung, die sich auch nicht nachts abschalten lässt. Die Wohnung an sich ist ok: Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind recht bequem, allerdings kann man im Schrank nichts hinlegen, nur aufhängen ist möglich. Schön war, dass wir 2 Balkone hatten - Nicht so schön allerdings, dass diese total schmal sind, so dass man nur wie die Hühner auf der Stange an einem schmalen Brett essen kann - Spielen am Tisch war nicht möglich - für uns ein wichtiges Element unserer Familienabende. Der Pool an sich ist auch schön, aber viiiiiiel zu klein für die vielen Gäste. Auch 6 Liegen für die -geschätzt- 18 Wohnungen sind ein Witz. Gleiches gilt für die Anzahl der Parkplätze: Eigentlich sollte für jedes Appartement einer vorhanden sein, aber auch hier waren wir nicht immer fündig. Es waren einfach zu viele Kleinigkeiten, die uns -und etliche andere- gestört haben. Sehr schade!
