Rooms are basic could do with a desk or chair bed was comfortable would have really have liked a kettle in the room ( spent a fortune at the machine in reception) location is good and when I asked for extra pillows they were brought to my room within 5 minutes also the tv had frozen and someone came to it with in 10 minutes so staff were quick to sort any problems out

The stay was fine but in hindsight wouldn’t book again. Pros - great location in the city centre and the room was clean. Cons - bed was so uncomfortable, very noisy at night due to clubbers etc, lift worked intermittently. When we checked in the guy at the desk thought there had been a mistake with the booking because we were two people of the same gender needing a one bed room. When we corrected him his demeanour changed and we found service to not be as friendly as before. Would avoid and spend £40 more to get a much nicer hotel

The location is great near shopping mall, resturants ... exactly inside the town centre area. The hotel is very safe, but the room is small and no hot water. It is the great price for the family of 4.

Excellent location, a short walk from restaurants, venue and the train station. A very short walk to 2 arcades full of independent retailers and designers. Got a windowless room as usual - both a bargain and really helps with a good night's sleep.
