The room was lovely but the food for the evening meal was absolutely shocking. Only 3 things to choose from so had the chicken curry and the chicken was disgusting it was so chewy you could have bounced it on the floor!

The room I had the toilet seat was broken was changed to another room the ac was broken and there was cracks on the tile floor in the room can be quite sharp overall I was disappointed with my stay I understand it was one of the cheaper options but to be a partner representing the Hilton group unfortunately it’s not good enough please do fix the facilities for future guests. I sadly have to rate this quite low because it was rather unpleasant.

The room was spacious and also the bathroom, with effective sound insulation. I had booked a room with a queen bed, but was given a family room with a king bed with 12” gap to the wall. When questioned, the Supervisor advised that all beds are the same size. Everything else was positive including the friendly staff, good breakfast and proximity to the city shops and restaurants. For parking we used a multi-story at £10/day located close to the hotel

Being a regular at the hotel it’s always been excellent and this time is a repeat of our experience. Clean rooms, great location and a great selection of breakfast items. The only thing that bugs me with this hotel is the £20 a night parking fee but it’s secure and covered by CCTV so its something we pay for peace of mind.

Excellent hotel

Rooms are very clean, modern and with great showers! Staff cant do enough for you. Very close to the centre of Leeds for shopping.
