Hinsley Hall is a beautiful building in its own grounds. There is ample parking, and outside the entrance there is a regular bus service into the city centre. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Pleasant stay in a unique setting with picturesque grounds. Room was clean and warm and bathroom a good size. Breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Tea and coffee were available all the time in the lounge rooms.
Breakfast was very good. Had the basics. Parking was good as we had a large van. The room was clean and basic. It had what we needed. The building and surrounding grounds a lovely. What a good use of a beautiful old building.
Good parking. Very mediocre breakfast. Clean but dated rooms. It’s a shame because it’s an amazing situation but the experience doesn’t live up to its potential.
We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect.
A one night stay was booked at Hinsley Hall due to its proximity (10-15 minute walk) to Brudenell Social Club where Duke Spirit were playing.
The hotel and room were clean and comfortable and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. At £78/night including a very good cooked breakfast, it was extremely good value for money.
