Terrible food at dinner but breakfast OK. Good shower and beds. Convenient for motorway. Reception staff helpful upon arrival but not much use when I phoned after departure about a forgotten item. Still waiting to hear back 36 hours later....

Very well appointed Holiday Inn with pool and gym onsite. Lots of rooms and food was excellent but be aware that unlike most Holiday Inns that we have stayed at, breakfast is extra.

Great hotel. We had an incident whereby on night one a neighbouring room had a very loud and aggressive domestic. Staff acted promptly and it was dealt with. I have to say the staff here are fantastic. Amazing with kids, go out of their way to be kind and helpful. The food is great. Pool is an added bonus. Rooms clean, warm and good hot water shower. Ticked all the boxes for us. Bus stop across the road so east access into Leeds too. Definitely will be booking again when back in Leeds

There was an issue at the reception as a member of staff had a complaint from a customer so when i was checking in he had to help her out but didnt finish my booking in or ask if i would wait to do this which i thought was a bit rude
