I stay there to use your shuttle and when in the morning I was told it doesn't operate until after my flight check in. very unprofessional, inconvenient and I can't stay there anymore. I do want reinbersment for the problem"

"When I checked in the evening around 9:00PM the front staff was watching a movie in lobby. While I was completing the paperwork the movie had a s** scene and the gentleman continued to watch it. Two young girls came into the lobby and the staff did not turn off the movie. I quickly steered my 3 young kids through the lobby to the room. It was very unprofessional for the staff. My kids looked forward to breakfast and the breakfast offered was just a few items in a brown bag. "
