I had bug bite after staying here. I don't know what it was. bed bugs or something. I had to stop and dry all my clothes and bag before returning home.

The room seemed clean, the staff were polite. This location is kinda far out of town not much near it. Across from a pulp mill so it is pretty smelly.

The staff is friendly and nice, thats the highlight but read all..They say they are going theough a remodel but the place stinks, we had some bugs. The chair that was in the room looked they pulled it from a dumpster and the prevoius owner was a cat with all the scratches. The room smells and not a little a lot, when you wake up and feel like you would get used to it, a new smell hits you like a fart to the face just horrible, and not just from the Mill next door. The shower was dirty, but did have good water pressure. When the employees smoke it comes straight into the rooms heater/ac unit and makes it unbearable better than the fart but on a different level. The bed and pillows were decent. Worth $45 a night not $115. The ac unit would frreze over when set below 70 so it wasnt as comfortable as one would like it. The fridge, microwave and tv were okay. If you have to stay here gl, if not wait until the remodel is my advice. I feel like i got roped in with the save $15 a night with the no cencelation policy but def not worth the so called savings. I hope it gets better, im sure i will try again 1 day since the staff are very nice and welcoming.

Pretty bad

The hotel is overdue for updating. The room and bathroom were so outdated that it was hard to tell if clean. The good part was the receptionist. She was very kind and helpful. The breakfast comes in a bag with breakfast sandwich etc. A decent breakfast. I could see daylight through the A/C opening, barely sealed at all. I stuffed a towel in there as it was cold outside. The bed was ok, but I was afraid to examine it. I would not stay again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Property seems like it has been long forgotten by its owners. The staff were very friendly and obviously do their best to keep the rooms clean, but the bathroom floor had moldy and broken grout and the carpet looked like it should have been replaced many years ago as well as the furniture. It is right next to the boat launch, which was super convenient, and I’m sure many fishermen aren’t looking for a high class hotel, but you would still hope for better than what this motel offers.

The staff were kind and attentive. Helped us with anything needed. The room was dirty and really needed a deep cleaning. I do want to say that there was renovation of another part of the hotel and would definitely give them another chance since the staff was lovely and this place is on one of the routes over to visit family.

The bedsheets were dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and not supported well. The chair in the room was fake leather that was all peeled off and looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. Only a single wash cloth and towel in the bathroom.

The property was not clean, and the armchair in the room had an old, worn-out cover. Additionally, the location was extremely noisy, which made it difficult to relax. We will not be staying at this property again and do not recommend it to others.

Was given a room key for a room that was already booked, opened the door to find a man already in the room. Went back to the front desk and was told that there were no rooms available, I let him know I would find lodging elsewhere. I was told I would be refunded by front desk clerk, instead he screwed up and charged me again for the room, now I have 2x the charges for a room that doesn't exist. The hotel manager ignored my repeated requests to speak with him in my attempt to be refunded for the double charge. Wyndham customer service refused to assist with a refund due to me originally booking through Expedia, despite also being charged for the room again at the hotel by Super 8's Hotel staff. Won't ever be staying at another Wyndham Hotel. Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism, thieves.

Terrible stay. Lady checked us in last night had a pack of cigarettes hanging out of her tank top. Not the best representation of a lodging facility. Was woken up this morning at 0530 to construction. Front desk guy said he would talk to his manager. No resolution. Kept hammering away. It sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around and throwing things on the ground. Would never stay here again.
