We froze the first night because you couldnât change the temperature, the unit was installed up by the ceiling above the closet, the blanket was as thin as the sheets, the room was not cleaned, there was trash behind the fridge that was 6 inches from the wall, there was no mattress, it was 2 box springs on top of each other, I woke up with a spring under my lower right rib, the bathroom was missing tiles and the tiles that were there were crooked and broken, the tiles on the floor were broken, the toilet lid wouldnât stay up so I had to hold it with one hand to urinate, my wife started crying the next morning because there was no hot water. The place should be condemned, we are contacting the health department, it looked like black mold were the tiles were missing in the bathroom.
