Room needed maintenance, bathroom missing both drain stopper, bathtub faucet didn’t shut off, shower head is loose in the wall, outside door was locked and couldn’t get out of it, breakfast was non existent, as there was nothing warm, except a waffle. I am sure the locked door is a law violation. There was no outside sign that said aymont by Wyndham. The phone and the instructions were all from Best Western. When we got there, numerous rooms were open in some state of being cleaned. There was no ice machine and the snack machine was empty. I will never stay there again. If this keeps up, I will not stay in a Baymont by awyndom either.

The room was filthy with feces on the toilet lid and floor where the bed was. I went down to the desk and told them I paid for the room not cleaning it also twenty minutes later after the front desk laughed at me some guy named Shawn came to the room with no uniform on what so ever he had a hoodie a snow hat and ripped blue jeans on said he was house cleaning and cleaned up the ahit. Also the floor was never cleaned your feet stuck to the floor when you walked and their was dirt eveywhere. I also have pics to prove everything. The whole hotel was cold. The continental breakfast was not given because to few of guests per front desk There was a huge xetension cord going somewherein the room

The room itself wasnt bad. There was a bad odor of cigarette smell in the hallway. The pool was ice cold even being indoors which was upsetting since I booked this on NYE so my daughter could swim. The breakfast was a huge upset. They falsely advertise breakfast buffet. I guess if all you can eat waffles is a buffet then they did have that but nothing else. The front desk ladies were very nice. It has potential but definitely is not what they advertise

We traveled with a small dog and were put in the back of the hotel where many people were hanging out around the entrance. There was an overflow of cigarette butts and garbage piled up on the sidewalk. We did not feel safe there. Breakfast was a waffle or toast with no butter available. They did have a few yogurts and cold cereal as well. We only got one washcloth for the two of us. On the positive side, the staff were friendly.

Pool was out, under construction and no warning on websites, cigarette smoke all over the in the hallways. I walked down and asked for more towels and blankets and they never brought them. Breakfast was empty at 6:30am and all it was was cereal, oatmeal, toast, and waffles, all carbs, no protein. Waffle mix was out, there were 4 pieces of white bread. No vent in the bathroom, so there was mold on the shower curtain and in the corners and the ceiling was pealing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly.

The room was gross. Trash in the floor, food on the beds, something splattered on the wall in the bathroom. Floors were dirty. Lots of things were broken. No remote. The water in the shower ran the entire time we were there. By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. And to top it off, it was like 90 degrees when we first walked in. The heat was on full blast.
