Blah definitely would NOT stay here again

Hotel is ok room was spacious and comfortable. Whole place needs an overhaul and deep cleaning. Pool was a little cloudy. All the garbages were full all the time. Breakfast was fair at best highway noise was loud. Thank gawd we were only here for 16 hrs.

Nice hotel with a nice view

We stayed here overnight, and it was very comfortable. We appreciated the dog-friendly room on the first floor with the sliding patio door so we could easily walk the dogs. The view from this hotel is amazing. Nice view of the mountains. The only drawback was finding food. There are hardly any restaurants in the area. Despite in-room advertisements for KFC and Dominoes, both restaurants were closed. And of course the old Howard Johnson's restaurant onsite was long closed... it would have been nice to have a restaurant right there. So we ate road snacks for dinner and looked forward to free breakfast in the morning. The waffles were the bright spot in an otherwise so-so breakfast. If you are staying here, have a backup plan for food. But otherwise, a very comfortable stay. Staff is friendly.

Good hotel for the price. It smelled pretty musty and just had weird smells throughout but the room was clean. The amenities for kids was great. Pool, playground, and room to run. Convenient location off the highway and near a gas station.

there was mold in my room above my shower, as well as there was so much humidity in my room that our beds were both wet we requested for them to be changed out and by the time we came back, they were wet again because housekeeping turned off the AC after we had left back out. They were very thoughtful and put us on first floor with a sliding door to be able to let the dog out but we lost all the view from the balconys which was a let down. Would look at other hotels for future visits.

This hotel is a nice and quiet stay with beautiful views. Everything was overall very clean. My family and I stayed here for one night but intend to come back and stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Virginia.

I stayed there a couple of time and was fine. But this time the bed sheets were stained, found a toe nail on the sheet and a tooth pick in the towel! The bathtub was dirty, dead bugs on the tiles so I think it is the last time for my staying at this hotel!

This property is definitely on the older side. Its kept up as well as expected. The towels in the room had stains in them. The balcony was a nice touch howevee didnt have any chairs or anything on them to utilize it. The veiw from our room was amazing. The location was perfect for what we needed. The worst part was breakfast. It literally had nothing but 2 types of bread slice options 2 types if bagel options, mini muffins, coffe and juice. Ive had better breakfast options at cheaper hotels then this. Ended up going to Ihop for breakfast which defeat the purpose of breakfast included. I didnt expected steak and eggs but usually there are hot options they did have a waffle maker that was conveniently broken.

I liked the family atmosphere, the pool, and the breakfast provided by the hotel. The only thing I would change is the breakfast is from 6am to 9 am, expand it to 11am.
