The staff were responsive. The faucet in the bathroom was coming off the tub wall and the door liner was peeling. The breakfast was good.

So disappointed the pool was closed!!! The site stated it was under renovation and would be completed before our reservation date. The hotel seemed bewildered about it. Newly renovated and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, not great, the exact same 3 days.

The microwave oven door would not open after placing dinner into it, to heat up. It took two full days to get the microwave replaced. Meal unrecoverable. All other characteristics were quite satisfactory. Staff was great!

Newly renovated it was very nice inside. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The bathroom is nice and big! Lots of space and the water was hot -super plus!! The staff was very wonderful and accommodating. We loved the breakfast and coffee as well. The gym is updated and spacious as well! I was impressed with everything. This was a basic hotel. Clean and comfortable with no frills. Strangely the room was spacious but sparsely furnished. We were disappointed the pool was closed for repairs. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our hotel room was nice, and the beds were very comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was terrible, as there was almost nothing left to eat. We ended up eating at the IHOP right down the street. Our stay was fine otherwise, but they really need to look into changing the shower heads and making sure there is enough food put out for guests. To be clear, we went to breakfast an hour and a half before breakfast ended.
