Rooms were clean and updated. Like the tile floors since we had our dogs. Area was safe with plentiful parking. My only recommendation would be more plush mattresses. Not awful but could be better. Pretty area.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. Was pleased with the accommodations, the room was cleaned daily. It appears to have been recently renovated. For this price range, I would recommend.

They checked so eine else in under my name and charged my temporary credit card when I was going to pay cash. I had already called and confirmed that I was paying cash. I was double charged and give a different room due to them checking someon e else in under name. I was also told all beds are queen size even though they are doubles. The staff really made the experience bad. The room was decent though.

The rooms were not really updated. That being said, the beds were clean. There was no coffee maker, the sink was stopped up. The staff was very friendly. The ac worked good . Dunkin Donuts is right next door so were got coffee and donuts.

Just Right!

Needed a place to crash on a visit to Natural Bridge, and this was perfect. Good price. Perfectly clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable-enough (met expectations - not amazing, but certainly not terrible). Customer service was excellent - super friendly staff at check in. Great location with a Dunkin' right next door. Would absolutely stay here again when down in the area.
