Room not taken care off/ bathroom not cleaned well around commode/ Towels/ shower head only partially work on only one setting out of 5 / Crack along wall just above wall set tub and peeling paint. Large bugs found in room at night crawling on the ceiling 3 nights . I took one to the front desk rude housekeeper said that they were a stink bug. We are not from the state we do not know of that type. Room and Hallway and Stairs smell. This place is Sub Par we would have never stayed at this Super 8 which does not uphold the standards or customer service of a Wyndham Hotel . Parents Weekend for Washington and Lee was more important to us due to hotels all Being sold out for that weekend. We will not be in this situation next year and Never stay at another Wyndham Hotel ran by Wyndham or under their Brand name since they never check to make sure they are upholding the Standards!

Definitely needs to be cleaned better !! Even the sheets had stains. Had to replace the remote 3xs and it still didnt work most the time.... but location is great walking to store , good pizza place etc..

The staff was very nice and the room was relatively clean for it's age. There was a stink bug problem at the property - this is VERY COMMON for the area this time of year (I know as I am there a lot) - but not one inside our room and they were actively working on eliiminating them from the property. Breakfast is light - muffins, yogurt, juice - but the coffee was available all day and very nice. I would stay there again while visiting W&L.

Paid and Reserved 2 Non-Smoking rooms, they gave it to other guests before we checked in. holes in the carpet, light switches didn't work, the room stanched because of trying to cover up cigarette smoke, the breakfast served was not prepared to proper temp to rid of bacteria. I would not stay here unless you are having a party, you could not destroy this hotel any more than what we received

Be forewarned, there is NO elevator or ADA accessibility. Room smelled moldy. Cigarette and marijuana smoke billowed into our room from the wall vents… to the point I thought there was a new pope. I was charged twice! So, be sure to check your accounts. Manager had trouble understanding my issues when I brought it to his attention. This is a hotel built on the needs of the desperate.

The entire hotel smells like smoke(various types). Especially the 2nd floor halls and rooms. The bathroom was not cleaned very well. Overall the place should be $69-89 per night...Not a cent more. Way too expensive for the lack of quality.

Parking could have been safer. The t.v. didn't work. The tub was dirty, the shower head would come out of the wall while re-aiming the spray, and the tub overflow wasn't on straight. We got a smoke free room, but you could smell the smoke.

This is one of the best Super 8 we have ever stayed at. Super clean and well kept. We would stay here again. Everything in the room was perfect. Staff is friendly and helpful. Road out front is a little noisy. My only advice is dont eat at the Waffle House behind the motel, its gross.

Bed did not get made after the first night stay. The shower sounds like the floor under it is rotten as it made a lot of noise while showering. The front desk staff was literally laying in the chair with their feet propped up on a drawer when I was checking out. Customer service is not very professional, however, this seems to be the trend at hotels in the area.

The lobby smelled of marihuana and not even the AC was on. The mattress' springs creaked every time we turned or sat on it. The breakfast should not be called that at all. The room smelled of humidity.We don't know how Wyndham allows this establishment to have their brand.
