We booked 2 rooms for a stop over while travelling through. One room had long black strands of hair between the bed sheets in a small clump, and the other room had various strands of hair in the tub. Both rooms smelled badly. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice, but I would not recommend. We stayed for 6 hours only because we were all so tired after driving 12 hours.

The room was really clean everything was really nice friendly ppl and every time I stay in Richmond I always booked this hotel I highly recommend staying here and I never had any issues at all

The front desk staff were very friendly and the room was amazing! The entire hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I will definitely be booking another stay in the future
