Stayed for a couple of nights while in town for a wedding. Clean and comfortable room. Had a 4th floor room; it was quiet even though it was close to the elevator. Friendly staff. Great coffee. Standard free breakfast. Easy and quick drive to the center of Lexington. I’d recommend staying here, I’d definitely stay again.

This hotel was fun for a family trip! The lobby had a pool table and lots of fun seating. The room was a bit small but was clean and had fun decor. It was difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature with the ac turning off and on. There breakfast was delicious! A pancake machine with toppings, eggs, sausage and more!

Recently renovated. Everything was fresh and updated. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioner rattled a bit, but had no problems keeping it cool. The pool was great, with a separate restroom directly attached. The breakfast was really good for a freebie, exceptional for a complimentary actually. If I had to come up with a complaint: The room was a little small for a double queen setup.

Really great trip! 5/5 the only down side is the eggs had ham in them and my family is vegetarian so we weren’t able to have breakfast either day. Instead we had to buy egg and cheese at dunkin. Otherwise, really great stay!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. There was dirt that was in the center of the floor in both rooms that could possibly have been from not changing the filters. We also had two spiders in our room’s tub and my aunt had a bug in her shower as well. The staff was nothing but kind, my only issue was not taking care of the customer in front of you and putting the phone call on hold.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel is under staffed. Lacking any system! Even though Saturday was a weekend yet the last only person that was present in the name of staff was at the front desk! Never heard or seen this before! There was complete confusion as the poor man was running around from the pillar to the post. Even though he was trying his hardest. It’s just not possible to be a jack of all trades! Also the rooms should have some kind of rugs or carpet! The floors look really bare.

Our stay was overall very good, but the breakfast could use an improvement. Many guests have dietary restrictions, such as being vegetarian or eating only halal meat. While we understand the limitations of a complimentary breakfast, it would be highly appreciated if different food items were kept separate. For example, keeping the eggs and pork in completely different trays would make a huge difference for those with dietary restrictions. Thank you
