The apartment offers dramatic views across to Comacina Island, Villa Balbianello, the towns of Varenna and Argegno, and the Intelvi Valley beyond, separating Lake Como from Lake Lugano.
La Vista is the idyllic retreat for those seeking peace and an opportunity to live as part of a traditional village community, yet enjoying the comfort of a modern apartment offering picture postcard views of Lake Como from every angle. Within easy walks from the property are restaurants, bars, pizzerias, water skiing and other activities as well as a pharmacy and a small grocery store.
The apartment is newly and nicely furnished, light and airy. Upon entering, you enjoy a spacious living room offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains beyond. This room has plenty of seating and a dining table that comfortably seats four. Also in the living room is a television and a door leading out to a private terrace where you can relax, al fresco while enjoying lake and mountain views like no other place on Earth.
The kitchen has everything you need: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, sink, gas range, oven, toaster and plenty of useful gadgets.
The two bedrooms are accessed down a short corridor. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space and bedside tables with night lamps. The second bedroom has twin beds and generous wardrobe space as well. The bathroom is naturally well lit and has bathtube, bidet, wc, basin, hair dryer and washing machine.
