Elegant residence located a tiny distance from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro and close to shops such as groceries, bakeries, ice cream bars and pizzerias. The Olympic swimming pool is easily accessible just 800 meters away. The property comes with an entrance with concierge service, elevators, centralized TV antenna system and fenced limited common parking. Our studio apartment on the attic floor features one double bed, TV, kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven and air conditioning. The bathroom comes with a comfortable shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine. The large terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the Marano Lagoon. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers, providing moments of relaxation and enjoyment of the breathtaking frontal sea view.
During their stay, guests can unwind and enjoy the shared garden, complete with two pools - one for adults and one for children. It offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and soaking up the Italian sun.
