Lovely villa with private garden and parking located 500m from the beach, in Lignano Pineta. It is ideal for up to 7 guests.
It displays on two floors. On the garden floor there is a living-dining room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, a small furnished patio. On the mezzanine floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower; on the ground floor 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

°Services excluded - Mandatory:
-A security deposit is required to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The amount can swing between 100eur and 500eur, depending on the accommodation type. The security deposit will be returned to the guests at the check-out, after the property inspection.
-City tax: 0,70eur per person, per night, for a maximum of 10 nights, only for above 12 years old guests at the check-in date. It is required to be paid upon arrival in cash.
