Quiet place immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub, bordered by the Unicef Park. Just 100 meters from the beach equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, bar and games for children. For those who love shopping the accommodation is located less than 50 meters from the shops, typical restaurants and supermarket. A few hundred meters away is the small port 'Marina Uno', with a yard for pleasure boats, shops and fish restaurants. At 1km the prestigious 18 hole Lignano Golf Club where the most important competitions in Italy are held. The center offers a pedestrian street with trendy shops, characteristic restaurants, pizzerias, pubs. At the end of the course the ancient dock 'pirate landing' hosts important boats. The arena of musical performances during the summer concerts with famous singers and musicians are held. Live music in different clubs in the center throughout the summer.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist toll. Nur wenige Meter bis zu einem tollen Sandstrand. Wir machen gern wieder hier Urlaub. Nur die Sicherung im Stromkasten hält nicht viel aus. Die müsste mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten sind wir rundum zufrieden.

Ganz toller Familienurlaub
Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft eine Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus und fast alle Nachbarn sind die Einheimische. Als wir uns ausgesperrt haben, halfen uns gleich ganz nette Nachbarn. Die ganze Umgebung ist eher ruhig, Bagno 4 fanden wir auch eher ruhig. Das Haus selber war sehr sauber, und alles was man benötigt idt vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und beantwortete unsere Fragen schnell. Der Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist in jedem Fall sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir wahren mit 5 Personen ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager, 1 kleinkind) da. Es war für alle genügend Platz und jeder hatte seinen rückzugspunkt. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung war völlig okay, man hatte alles was man braucht. Eine schöne ruhige Lage,perfekt zum relaxen. Pluspunkt war auch eine dazugehörige Tiefgarage. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung, lief einfach und super. Sehr gerne wieder.

Gut aber Luft nach oben, gute Lage
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wenige Meter zum Strand und fast um die Ecke findet sich eine gute Apotheke und ein recht umfangreiches Lebensmittelgeschäft. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist mit einem abschließbaren Kipptor versehen. TV nur in Italienisch! Es gibt nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel. Bei größeren Personengruppen wäre ein weiterer toll, zumal die Tür-Glocke nicht funktioniert. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Da es aber für bis zu 7 Personen angeboten wird, finden wir es zu klein. Das Doppelbett ist gut. Im obersten Stock gibt es 2 richtige Einzelbetten und ein Sofa, welches aufgeklappt werden kann. In diesem Sofa ist eine harte Leiste und man liegt sehr unbequem darauf. Die Steckdose neben diesem Sofa macht Schwierigkeiten. Besser nicht benutzen!! Ein Sicherungskasten befindet sich neben der Haustür ein weiterer!! in der Tiefgarage im Elektroraum. In der Küche gibt es einen Tisch mit NUR 4 Stühlen. Bei Schönwetter kein Problem, aber .... Auf der Terrasse ist ein Gartentisch mit 5 Stühlen. Ein Schuhschrank wäre schön, speziell bei so vielen Personen. Eine Kehrschaufel MIT BESEN wäre schön. Mit dem Strom gibt es Schwierigkeiten. Wir standen wiederholt im Dunklen, auch ohne irgendwelche Geräte benutzt zu haben. Ein Nachtlicht reicht schon als Auslöser. Eine Nacht mussten wir auch ohne Klimaanlage verbringen. Alles in allem waren es schöne Tage. Eine ruhige Lage, nette Nachbarn, gutes Eis,... Unserem Sohn gefiel besonders das Bild mit den Papageien. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr gute und zügige Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist etwas lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional. Die Betten sind ok. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Aber es waren genug Putzutensilien vorhanden. Es gibt Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber für eine Woche war es ok/gut!

Nette Wohnung, nah am Strand
Die Wohnung ist sehr nett. Die Lage ist hervorragend: 50m bis zur Bar, 100m zum Geschäft, 5 min bis zum Strand. Internet hat gut funktioniert. In der Wohnung gab es keine Bettwäsche und Tücher. Das wurde leider nicht kommuniziert. Internet hat gut funktioniert (für unsere 4 Geräte). Die Kommunikation mit Besitzer hat gut funktioniert: sehr hilfsbereit, nett, schnell.

Alles super!!!
Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Nicht weit weg vom Meer und alles in der näheren Umgebung was man braucht! Das Häuschen war sehr ordentlich und sauber und es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht! Der Vorgarten ist absperrbar, perfekt mit Kleinkind! Klimaanlage und alle technischen Geräte funktionierten ohne Probleme!

Nicht zufrieden.
Das Haus war nur 100m vom Strand entfernt und die Lage des Hauses war auch sehr schön. Beim Ankommen haben wir gemerkt, dass es im Haus sehr staubig war, das Herd war auch sehr schwach und der Wasserkocher war sehr verkalkt. Wenn man das Herd und den Wasserkocher gleichzeitig anmachte, fiel der Strom aus. Der letzte Punkt ist, dass das Internet ein Limit besitzt, was wir nicht wussten, da es in der Beschreibung nicht stand und deswegen hat uns das Internet nicht ausgereicht.

Solitamente non sono abituato a fare recensioni ;a parte una piccola incomprensione all'arrivo devo dire che la casa ha rispettato le nostre aspettative ottima la posizione comodo il box, utilissima l'aria condizionata in mansarda , uniche due pecche il Wi-Fi che non abbiamo mai potuto utilizzare nonostante fosse attivo e la pulizia della maggior parte della posateria più per una mancanza di chi ci ha preceduto che oggettivamente dei proprietari Che si sono resi sempre disponibili. Se mi è permesso consiglierei di mettere la lavastoviglie buona vacanza

Wir waren mit dem Häuschen, das in unmittelbarer Strandnähe liegt, sehr zufrieden. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen. Positiv zu bewerten ist auch die dazugehörige abschließbare Tiefgarage. W-lan ist vorhanden. Im EG befindet sich ein WC und im OG ein Bad mit Dusche/WC. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es handelt sich hier um ein nettes Häuschen, das aber doch auch Mängel hat
Das Haus ist wirklich nur ca 100 m vom Strand entfernt und in einem guten Zustand. Positiv bewerten möchte ich die gut ausgestattete Küche und die hübschen Schlafzimmer. Negativ fiel uns auf, dass es definitiv kein zweites Duschbad gibt, obwohl es aufgeführt war. Des weiteren hat uns nicht gefallen, dass es kein Kabel oder Satelliten TV gab und wir uns mit den Programmen, die über die Antenne verfügbar waren (nur italienische) zufrieden geben müssten. Der letzte Punkt war dann noch das fehlende w-lan, das es laut "katalog" eigentlich auch hätte geben müssen.

Casa indipendente molto carina!
Eravamo 2 adulti, 2 bambini e 2 bassotti. La casa dispone di un giardino privato recintato dove poter lasciare i cani. Al primo piano c'è la camera matrimoniale e all'ultimo piano la camera mansardata con aria condizionata (stra utile!). Soggiorno piacevole, ambiente tranquillo e ben servito. Consiglio!

Vacanza rilassante a Lignano
La vacanza e' finita, siamo stati molto bene, la casa e' molto confortevole e adatta a famiglie anche numerose... c'e' posto per tutti e anche per sistemare l'enorme quantità di cose che puntualmente ci portiamo via! La zona poi e' molto tranquilla ma nelle vicinanze si può trovare tutto cio' di cui si ha bisogno...bar ristoranti gelaterie supermercati e quant'altro e cosa importante la spiaggia e' vicinissima. Confortevole appartamento per le vacanze
L'appartamento e' confortevole e ben servito (negozi, bar, etc), di facile accesso, vicino al mare e alla fermata del bus. L'impianto di condizionamento e' sufficiente a rinfrescare la casa. Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque in pieno agio. Il sig. Biasin ci ha aiutati prontamente a superare una piccola difficolta'.
