Our apartment is on the 7th and last floor of a building with lift and custodian, located in a fully served area, only 50mt from the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro. The property was renovated in 2024, it features a furnished balcony with lateral sea and lagoon views. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a sofa bed in the anteroom, and a full bathroom with shower. Equipped with a washing machine, and one covered and numbered parking space.
