Beachfront is 7 private steps away. Fly your kite while sitting in a comfy patio chair that overlooks sand and surf. Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated 1920s craftsman beach house. Dining table overlooks the beach and is large for games, meals and whale watching . Comfy new furnishings and mattresses with pretty new kitchen island block. Tide Pools are a 5 minute walk in the sand. Just a short walk to the casino via the beach! 5 bedrooms with king, queens and singles so that everyone can have their own bed. Enjoy the 15 foot Stone, Gas fireplace, beamed ceilings, hand crafted molding and wood work. Large, secluded patio opens to fenced yard, hot tub overlooking beach . 4 cars and 10 guests at Stairs to the Sea, including visitors.
Please avoid leaving single night gaps during Spring Break, June, July & August.

We loved the view of the ocean. The windows are clean and so is the house. The hot tub was ready to go and a good temperature. The house is clean and adequately supplied kitchen had a little challenge with the fireplace, but got it going.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location and views were fantastic, and the house had everything we needed for our trip. It was comfortable and served our purpose well. There were a few minor cleanliness issues- some dust on the beams going down the stairs, stains in the refrigerator, and a dirty microwave - but overall, it was a great place, and we'd stay here again.

Walking in to the spectacular view is amazing! The house was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. A box of kleenex would be nice and a little plastic table out by the chairs would be great.

Lovely view and location

We would have rated this property higher if there hadn’t been a starling issue while we were there. Unfortunately, a family of starlings had a nest somewhere between the bedroom ceiling and the rafters. There was continuous chirping from early morning to evening and we could hear them moving around. We contacted the property manager as soon as we checked in. They did nothing to rectify the problem. Thankfully, the birds moved out midway through our stay.

Closest house to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! I was very impressed with how friendly, quick, helpful, and kind they were. Very professional when we had questions. We needed a sponge for the kitchen and they brought it so quick! A neighboring air bnb had a loud guest and they took care of everything in a professional way. If I had to be picky it would only be the lack of water pressure in the showers but I think that is pretty normal in Lincoln City. Beach rental prices have soared with all the added fees from VRBO & AirBnB so, I doubt we'll be able to afford another visit but I would 110% recommend this place to others!

Family Weekend

The house is very well equipped, we loved that it was not full of breakable knick-knacks. Vacationing with children can be stressful in a home full of knick-knacks. We loved the 'history of the home' in framed artwork. Loved the abundance of out-door chairs available. Our 3 generation group loved the weekend.

Great Sunsets

We appreciated being 12 steps from the beach and really enjoyed the great sunsets the last three nights. The pictures regarding the listing were a bit misleading using pictures from past and present so may want to only use the updated pictures in the listing. The fridge and dishwater where a smaller size for a studio size apartment maybe not for 10 guests staying in a home so it would have been helpful to understand that. We planned meals at the house most nights, and the kitchen was not set up for large groups. The cookie sheet available was too wide for the petite oven, and dishwasher was used after preparing each meal and again after eating each meal. Used coolers for extra food that did not fit in the fridge. The bbq is a charcoal bbq, and the chairs in the pictures have notes to not remove from the patio although in the picture it leads you to believe they can be in the grass. The notes all around the house on everything were very helpful to understand expectations. Overall, we really did enjoy being right at the beach but would just suggest the description be updated so no one is mislead.
