Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked meal from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!



The Space:

Stunning ocean views await you from 216 at D Sands! Take in the ocean breeze from the balcony while getting cozy in front of an intimate gas fireplace, and enjoy a home cooked meal from the full kitchen. This 1 bedroom family suite has plenty of space for 4 people, with a King bed in the bedroom, or a queen bed in the living room. Take the family for a day exploring nearby Lincoln City, or wander down to our easy beach access. We also give guests access to the HOA pool!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 14 steps required to access the unit.

The place was cute. We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. The only issues were the hot tub and pool were not open the whole time we were there and we did not love the side of the deck where the neighbors would lean over and look into our rooms. And their dog would bark at us. It really gave zero privacy vibes. But all in all we would love to come back and stay again.
