The name says it all! Storybook Beach Cottage, located near the sought-after neighborhood of Olivia Beach in Lincoln City, is the ultimate family-friendly Oregon Coast vacation rental. From the moment you step inside this contemporary home, you'll be transported into a magical storybook adventure.



The cozy living room offers a big screen TV, a gas fireplace for those chilly nights, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen perfect for preparing delicious family meals. On sunny days, relax in the hot tub or unwind on the comfortable patio furniture. Stroll through Olivia Beach Park, or take a short walk to some of the best beaches on the Oregon Coast—just steps away from the sand!



Upstairs, the kids will love their own space with a TV, DVD player, PlayStation 3, and themed storybook bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen bed with a Brambley Hedge theme, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a Kisses and Fishes theme. The third-floor bonus room includes a king sleeper sofa and is inspired by The Old Man and the Sea, offering a fun space to relax, watch movies, and plan tomorrow’s beach adventures.



On the main floor, adults can retreat to their own sanctuary with a king-sized bed in the Little Mermaid-themed bedroom. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

The kitchen was well stocked. There was no BBQ, but there was a flat plate grill. The house was clean and linens nice. Walk to beach was good.

Quiet and cozy beach house

This house is very quiet and cozy. Super close to the beach and outlets. We enjoyed how large the house was, there is a bathroom in every room. The fireplace was cozy, and the hot tub was relaxing. The house also provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The home was exactly as advertised, and the iTrip staff reached out on the first day to make sure we were satisfied.The kitchen had everything we needed for preparation of all of our meals. The only suggestion I would make would be add food storage containers, or foil/plastic wrap to what was provided. I would definitely recommend iTrip to friends and family, especially the Storybook Cottage.

Amazing House!

Very impressive house with well thought out amenities. It's the small things that make a difference. USB outlets right on the bed frames, second floor laundry and more bathrooms than bedrooms.

The subdivision is great and this is our 2nd stay in there however, while this home was "photo staged", had some issues. The main living area is very small and we could hardly fit 4 average sized people in the LR, DR was very cramped, main bath counter so small and kitchen very small. The biggest issue was the grill which was an absolute hazard. Rusted and broken with an empty tank attached. When I attached the spare tank and turned it on, it shot out a flame like a torch near the hose and fried the starter, potentially headed down the hose to the tank. It was honestly terrifying and I turned it off directly and notified the PM. The grill should have been replaced long ago (see photo). Then the power went out at 3am and was off until 7pm. While out of the PM's hands they did not have any candles, flashlights, or additional heat as it was 40 degrees out. When contacted, they offered no solutions and said they could not replace the grill until after our stay, which was 3 more days. The hot tub also got fried during the power surge/outage, so one of the main reasons for this house was rendered useless which again, said could not be fixed until after our stay. I offered up some suggestions post stay to which they said thank you, but no concessions towards a future stay, or anything for that matter. Overall I would not stay here again as there are a ton of options in the area and not sure about using iTrip again either. They ask for a 5 star review, but don't offer what that takes
