Hated the parking lot on the side of a steep hill. Our room was at the far end of the bldg but there was only one entrance, to much walking. Needed an extra pillow, but they had none available. No shampoo in bathroom. No coffee machine in the room. Wifi was poor at far end of bldg where we were.

Heating and cooling was shut down, rooms had a small radiant heater only. You could tell the staff were doing the best they could, with the resources they were given. The vending machines were out of service, the one that did work was inadequatly stocked. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

When we checked in, we had fruit flies coming out of the drain in our bathroom and the bathtub would not drain when we checked in. We had to unclog the tub ourselves and the amount of hair we pulled out, was kinda crazy. Maintenence came in to spray for the flies and they took the sink drain apart. When they put it back together, the put the washer on the wrong side of the nut and when we used the sink the next morning, it flooded out onto the floor. We also fixed that ourselves. Them spraying did nothing to stop the fruit flies. We did not have any food or anything in there for them, but they were in there the entire stay. I've stayed here before and never had issues, but having spent over $750 on this stay, it was incredibly frustrating.

Back door was left unlocked for smokers to go in and out. Multiple cars parked in such a way that they took up four parking spaces. People were sitting in the hallways, some talking loudly on their phones. Elevator access requires you to use two separate elevators, the sensor for the door to stop trying to close does not work and will squish anything or anyone in its path unless forcibly pushed back. One of the elevators the doors open before the elevator fully stops which is another huge safety issue. Multiple rooms do not have working air conditioner and some rooms pump heat in even when turned off. Staff is completely unhelpful and keep renting out rooms knowing that they are and not working order. Hallways are dirty and smell like pee.

The room was generally pretty clean. I found a few stray hairs in the bathtub that weren't mine. That was fine. But the room was overpowered by Pine-Sol or whatever cleaner they were using. You couldn't walk down the first floor without smelling the odor of wet dog or putrid smell of an unclean dog. The phone in the room didn't work and the staff kind of shrugged their shoulders at it. The air-conditioning/heater didn't work. Any kind of parking upfront was a nightmare due to the slanted hill that the parking spaces were all on. They did have a back parking lot, but it was kind of inconvenient when you have to carry a bunch of luggage. I will be staying at this hotel ever again.

I checked into my room got comfortable in my pajamas and went to turn the TV on and it didn't work want to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. Fortunately Elaine at the front desk was very helpful and quickly put me in another room right across the hall

Would absolutely not stay again. The staff were literally everywhere it was hard to check in. There were cigerette ashed between the toilet and the bathtub and the shower head was literally rusted and had tape holding it together

My only issue is the heating and cooling system both times I have stayed does not work. I’m a very warm person and not being able to get the system to adjust to my setting is a pain. I thought it was just the one room I stayed in a month ago but no, my recent stay was the same way. Otherwise great place!
