On stormy days, cozy up inside and enjoy stunning ocean views. Plus, take advantage of our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna.



The Space:

Sea Gypsy No. 105, affectionately known as "Reef Witherspoon," is a premium ground-floor condo with a laid-back, inviting style that perfectly complements its oceanfront setting. Accommodating up to five, this condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, a queen bed in the living room, a twin pullout, and two full bathrooms, all designed to let you unwind and enjoy the ocean visible right through the 8-foot glass sliding door.



The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials, making meal prep a pleasure. Reef Witherspoon received a refresh from its new owners, who infused the space with a brighter and "Legally Blonder" vibe.



With no steps to navigate, this ground-floor unit sits conveniently adjacent to a handicapped parking space. Direct beach access is just 40 feet from your door, down six shallow steps. Nearby amenities include a heated, saltwater pool, a dry sauna, and on-site laundry facilities, all within easy reach of the condo.



Outside of your sliding glass door is a shared grassy area, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while watching your kids play in the sand or gazing at kites, seabirds, and even the heads of harbor seals bobbing in the waves. Take a 10-minute beach walk north to explore natural tide pools, or head south to wade in the world’s shortest river, the D River.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 64 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
