Perfect Holiday Getaway

We had a great stay at this house over Thanksgiving weekend. It accommodated our family of 10 perfectly. The house was clean, had great amenities and plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. It was within walking distance to the beach and local shops. We would definitely consider booking this house again in the future.

The house was amazing! Clean, good location, and plenty of beds for our group. The only thing i would say otherwise is the steep driveway.

Unbelievably disappointing cleaning job

The photos are very misleading. Few years old showing a beautiful home but that is far from the reality. The barbecue grill is horrendous. There is dust on almost every surface. The back patio is covered in some kind of green dirt. The backyard is trashed with random things. None of the outdoor furniture is usable. Towel hooks near the hot tub are bright orange rust. Cobwebs hang from the ceilings and all corners of the house. All the pots, pans and other bigger kitchen dishes are old and were greasy. The windows are so dirty its hard and unpleasant to see outside. The dishwasher is very old and took us like 3 runs to get one load fully cleaned. The hot tub was dirty and we contacted the manager to send someone over. Whoever came didn't bother to even knock or let us know they were there and didn't even clean the hot tub. We wiped the dining table before even eating at it, I almost had a heart attack when the paper towels were fully black after every swipe. Just absolutely disappointing, disgusting, poor cleaning job. The house plan and everything is great. So many towels, throw blankets, toys for kids, sand toys. Super conveniently located by the beach. Unfortunately the cleaners do such a poor job it's not even worth it, and the manager is very frustrating to communicate with.
