Amazing customer service from the get go! Before we arrived, I had the pleasure of speaking with, Michelle, to assure we'd be able to access our room after the office closed because we were making a 4 hr drive to the coast. Michelle was extremely pleasant and helpful of what to expect upon our arrival. Along with Michelle, the gentleman working the desk was also helpful and pleasant. We were in the two bedroom with deck room and the views were amazing. The place was nicely renovated. I'm not sure what some reviwers were saying, but it was nicely done. Even if the weather wasn't the greatest, just being able to see and hear the ocean is the reason why we got the room. And the beach access from the property isn't as bad as other reviewers mentioned. I have asthma and a heart condition and managed to go up and down the stairs with ease. Last... The space was perfect for our family. The was plenty of room to gather in the family area for 5 and the rooms were large enough to have personal space. The kitchenette was a great addition and rainfall shower head in the bathroom was a great surprise. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

Outstanding value. Surprised that this is listed as a 2 star hotel. Renovated in 2024, our 2 bedroom suite was roomy and well appointed. We were on the top floor, which I recommend based on other negative reviews about noise levels from rooms above them.

We booked this for my mother in law and 3 days prior she was admitted to the hospital. I reached out asap explaining the situation and asked for a refund but it was 1 day past refundable apparently. I get it to an extent but someone was hospitalized and had to stay for several days. I asked for at least a credit so she could come stay when she wasn't in the hospital and heard nothing. It is just disappointing and will avoid booking here in the future. I really try to avoid negative reviews but this just seemed unfair in my opinion.

Room was great. View was amazing. Walls seemed a little thin. We could hear everytime the neighbors flushed their toilet at night. As bed backed up to their bathroom. Also heard people above us moving around all night. $68 for 2 small dogs floors me. I understand 1 small fee. But for me my dogs are small non shedding potty trained. There was nothing more to do on top of normal cleaning. 1 fee of $30 would have been fine. But $30 per pet plus tax. Which came to $68 was too much.

Beautiful, amazing. It is so hard to find a luxurious room at a reasonable price, but they have done it. They give you the most amazing views from the room! Direct beach acces right on property. Beautiful decks and outdoor spaces. A super cool fireplace that you can customize and change the color! Plus a small kitchen area and a luxury shower with rain shower head and a removable one. Thank you, thank you, for such a relaxing stay, and within budget! Did I mention dog friendly too?? Truly the best hotel ive stayed in along the oregon coast.

This place is THE WORST place I’ve occupied. I went down to the front desk roughly 15minutes after checking to let them know the guests above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I asked if we could go to another room or switch with them? She claims all the other rooms were booked, even though we walked past several empty rooms. She said she could only ask them to quiet down via text message. We haven’t had one minute of relaxation since we’ve been here. I am beyond dissatisfied. Zero respect or common courtesy from the guests above us or the “general manager” that was working the front desk. Anyone would be the fool, like myself, to book this place. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!

I don't like the entry codes used for the room. Pets need one area in hotel that in for them. We had a issue with someone leaving dog in room, and we felt sorry for pet as well. The breakfast food was marginal for the Hotel. Great location.

Room was very clean. We were surprised that there were actual dishes included for use. Nice and roomy shower. Unfortunately the neighbors were very noisy, their little children yelled, stomped and made noise until 11 pm. We ignored them the first night but reported them the second night. The 3rd night the power went out. Wouldnt have been too bad but my husband uses a cpap to sleep so we were up until 430 am. Not the hotel's fault but still...we werent even offered a partial refund as a "we're sorry" token. Overall it was very clean and comfy. Oh, it could use a couple comfortable sitting chairs, not just the dining chairs.
