"The room was older, beds were comfortable, but had a mattress topper that was so thick it was hard to get on the bed or move around in the bed-it kind of sucked you in once you were there. The pool was closed which was a disappointment for us. The key card quit working the second morning. They don’t keep the breakfast area very stocked after it has been consumed. Staff was not visible, one guest had luck getting coffee cups replaced after ringing the bell a couple of times. In regards to safety and security, the side door did not fully close on its own, so if a guest did not fully pull it closed, it would stay unlatched. We always pulled it closed, but every time we used it we discovered it open. Our room door was also missing the added room locks."
