My wife and I stayed in the Park Inn for two nights (junior suite) in December 2025. The suite was clean, modern, had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The location is also great, right in the heart of Linz. We didn’t have breakfast as it was quite expensive (€88 for two nights) and there are many great bakeries and cafes around the hotel. The on-site underground parking was appreciated (€19 per night), with direct hotel elevator access. As the hotel entrance is located after the parking entrance, it is better to park and then check in to avoid driving around the block to park after checking in. The hotel personnel were helpful but not overly friendly. One thing that annoyed us was that it was impossible to maintain a constant water temperature in the shower – it would go from very cold to very hot from one moment to the next. Otherwise, the hotel is a great place to stay in the heart of Linz.

It was cold in the room, and the heating was working bad. Toilet flush was not working properly, it was frustrating. There was an extra removable bed in the room which was not asked at all, and it was partially blocking the entrance to the toilet. Came 10 minutes before the breakfast was finished, there was almost nothing left on buffet from pastry.

Clean rooms. No bottled water in your room but you can fill your own Water and spritz in a free flowing tap in the lobby. No frills. Everything is self serve including handling your own luggage.

This hotel is ideally located downtown and easy walk to stores, restaurants and the Danube. The hotel is very modern and has an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking is in a garage directly below the hotel which is also clean and with very easy access from the street.

Great choice near the Centre of Linz

A very nice hotel near the centre of Linz. The room was unusually large, clean, and comfortable. No refrigerator in room. CNN the only English-language option on television. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room 312.

Good stay within walking distance of Linz. Parking underneath with in/out facility. The room was small but we had a balcony that opened up onto a grassy area which was v handy for our two pups. Free water still/sparkling from foyer. V comfy bed
