It was a great vacation and 9hoetl mercy was wonderful. Their breakfast buffet was excellent as was the staff. The hotel Is located on a great spot close to many restaurants and sites.

Property is located close to all sight seeing areas. The front desk team is excellent and very helpful with any questions especially Isabella. She gave a list of local restaurants to eat and areas to visit especially I was there for a short 2 days. I would come back and stay again.

To review this hotel, is to differentiate between what is feasible within the capacity of the staff and what is beyond them (owners). Areas of strength - Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful. - Breakfast is solid, and quite honestly excellent. - The view from the suites is absolutely stunning. - The manager of the hotel is responsive, considerate and incredibly willing to meet expectations within reason. - Bed is very comfortable. Areas of weakness: - the property in terms of rooms really needs to be refurbished. I came to the conclusion that this had more to do with the owners of the hotel being complacent. - 1 or 2 members of the reception were frankly quite cold and not very service oriented. Perhaps for future safe-guarding all reception staff need a reorientation into how to welcome/treat guests staying at a 4 star hotel. Otherwise, all in all, it was a good stay. -

This hotel was in a convenient location, lots of food places it surrounding it and shopping as well!! It also has an amazing sunset view! To add on it was spacious and the hotel breakfast was great!! Would stay here again!

The staff at 9Hotel Mercy were absolutely terrific! the breakfast at the restaurant was extensive, fresh, hot and delicious with many local pastries we enjoyed immensely. Everyone spoke English, was warm, compassionate, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our only difficulty was a problem with the shower which required us to move to a different room. The hotel was full they couldn't move us that night so we had to wait till someone checked out the next day. They gave us a bottle of port and apologized for our inconvenience. Once we switched rooms everything was fine. They were also very accommodating when we had to leave before breakfast hours one morning and they let us go into the restaurant during the set up time and eat early. The hot dishes were not yet available but there were plenty of other things and we were very happy. They also got us reservations at a lovely restaurant in the neighborhood with terrific service and delicious food. We heard beautiful, passionate fado music there (singers and guitars). It was a really special night out! Highly recommend 9Hotel Mercy!
