The 200 square meters apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very charming building from the beginning of the XIX century, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but no elevator. It features 7 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a small balcony and a fantastic view over Lisbon, 3 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and are plenty of sunlight.

Bedroom Preparations:
- Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk bed, pull-out beds, sofa-bed, and airbeds.
- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
- You can see which pull-outs have been prepared as they will be slightly open and with the towel and pillow on top. We provide 1 towel per guest
Important Information:
- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment is currently undergoing renovations, so it may look slightly different from the photos when you see it in person. However, the overall layout and bed arrangements are expected to remain similar.

- This apartment offers a convenient Self-Check-in process - once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive instructions and procedures to get your Access Code and perform the Self-Check-in.
- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.
- Itâs not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.
- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a âŹ30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.
Extra Guests:
Itâs not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35⏠per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
