Horrible! Pire expĂ©rience Ă  vie pour l’hĂ©bergement! Le soutien en ligne Ă©tait pourri avec un dĂ©lai de rĂ©ponse de 12 h Ă  chaque fois. Pour Ă©viter de dormir dans l’auto, nous avons dĂ» louer ailleurs. Lorsqu’une solution qui semblait viable fut proposĂ©e, il Ă©tait trop tard. Il ne restait qu’une nuit sur 3 et pour Ă©viter de perdre notre temps et dĂ©truire davantage notre voyage (et notre esprit de famille qui en a pris un sĂ©rieux coup!), nous avons rĂ©servĂ© ailleurs aprĂšs la nuit 1, pour les nuits 2 et 3. Nous Ă©tions pourtant Ă  la porte pour la nuit 1, mais nous ne l’avons franchie. Aucun soutien digne de ce nom. L’enregistrement en ligne s’est terminĂ© aprĂšs l’enregistrement de la 1re personne sur 3. Jamais de demande de paiement des taxes locales sur le site, conditions essentielles pour avons le code de la clĂ©. La prĂ©sence d’une personne physique ne fut proposĂ©e que pour la 3e nuit. SĂ©rieux??? Trop tard. Pourri comme service.

Excellent location

Clean, comfortable apartment right in Sintra. Easy communication with the host. Problems with wifi and TV service but it wasn’t an issue for us. Close to restaurants and easy walk from the train station.
