We want this house to be a holiday dream, no more - no less.
With four fully air-conditioned bedrooms (2 en-suite bathrooms), a large heated swimming pool and an
unforgettable panorama over the atlantic ocean.

The property caters for up to 10-12 guests comfortably, offering approximately 300 m² of living area +
terrasses within a large garden inside a gated estate. The exteriors are set with extensive furnished
terraces, infinity heated swimming pool facing the sea and an impressive lawn area.

This villa has features and amenities with the ‘WOW’ factor.

There are plenty of things to do outside the property such as enjoy a meal outside, swim in the heated
salt water pool or bathe in the sunshine on the terrace. Ericeira Hills is also equipped with all the modern technology you’d expect, including Wi-Fi, stereo system, satellite TV and Netflix etc.

The décor throughout is light and effortlessly stylish - perfectly complementing the vast ocean far below. The design of the property makes it feel airy and welcoming and the sheer scale of the villa will leave you speechless. The kitchen will banish any preconceptions of vacation properties and is equipped with an impressive array of cooking utensils and equipment.

The villa sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms. (+ 2 mobile extra beds) There are 2 double rooms with ensuites, a twin / double and a bunk room with full size bunk beds. All the rooms have full height glazed sliding doors with the 3 upstairs rooms leading onto the full length balcony with sea view and also over looking the pool.
The downstairs double leads straight to the garden and pool. Rooms are furnished in a lovely contemporary style and bathrooms are all large with modern fittings, showers are excellent with rain head as well as hand held shower attachments. + 2 mobile extra beds

All the rooms have electric black out blinds and the pool has multi colored illumination lighting.

Downstairs is open plan again with great contemporary fittings. Kitchen is excellent with great appliances, microwave, oven, induction job, nespresso machine etc. Full electronics with wifi, tv, hifi etc. - (keeps the kids happy). This area all has full height sliding glazed doors out onto the deck and pool and BBQ area.

Outside there is ample settee space, dining table and chairs and numerous sun loungers.
Spend the evenings lounging and watching the sunset with a glass or two of wine?

Location wise it is a 15 min or 5 min drive to a great beach at Foz de Lizandro or Ribeira D´Ilhas. (Quality beach cafes)
Ericeria town center is a 15 min (Adult walk + 10 with small children) walk. Or 5 € in a taxi home you just order with sms.
