It has 2 outdoor leisure spaces where you can be quietly enjoying the conviviality and the sunset, and a wonderful sea view. Located in a quiet and private residential area, very close to the privileged Praia do Sul and Foz do Lizandro Beach. Close to a bread shop, a butcher and a small supermarket. 5 minutes from the center of Ericeira fishing village, where you will find all kinds of traditional shops as well as great restaurants, bars and lots of street entertainment.
Possibility to hire small activities like surf lessons, e-bikes, tours or TRANSFER from and to the airport.

The villa accommodates 8 people through 3 Suites (2 located on the 1st floor and 1 located on the 2nd floor):
2 bedrooms on the first floor with double bed; 1 bedroom on 2nd floor with double bed and two single beds.

On floor 0: Living room with fireplace, balcony and sea view, in common with a dining room with seating for 8 people; fully equipped kitchen with plenty of outside light, and a service bathroom. On the -1 floor: large lounge, and a space where you can also enjoy outdoor dining, with a barbecue area, and also with total privacy.


Excellent villa w / ocean view, located 5 minutes from South and Foz do Lizandro beaches, the center of the quaint Ericeira Village, with great restaurants and shopping.
