Welcome to my apartment!

Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 60 m² apartment is just a 10-minute drive from the beach and the centre of Cascais, offering easy access to everything the area has to offer.

The apartment features an open floor plan, with a bright living area that includes a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV, giving you access to your favourite shows via multiple streaming platforms. Step out onto the private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy meals or relax in the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine and ironing equipment available.

The bright and welcoming bedroom, which also opens onto the balcony, features a comfortable double bed made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

As a guest, you'll also have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days or unwinding after exploring the area.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The apartment is located in a private complex, a short 5-minute walk from local seafront restaurants. There's also an on-site restaurant, as well as Spa and Hairdresser facilities.
Cascais is a typical fisherman's village that has grown and become one of the top attractions of the Lisbon coastline: wonderful weather all year round, beautiful landscapes, varied gastronomy, as well as a great cultural and entertainment offer, are a must.
Excellent golf courses, the scenic spot Boca do Inferno, Guincho beach (a windsurfers’ must), Mafra and Queluz with their Castles, Palaces, and Monasteries are real spots, not to be missed!
Sintra is a nearby scenic village, featuring several points of interest, within a 20-minute car ride. Estoril and its popular Casino are a 15-minute drive from the property and the seafront railway line leads you to Lisbon city centre, in about 50 minutes.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

There's a local bus line (M27) running from Cascais train station to the property area.

Lisbon Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
