The location is excellent, walking distance to restaurants, and historical sights. Chiado district was lively. We also happen to be in Lisbon during the start of the holiday season, the streets were all lit up and it was beautiful, and Christmas market was nearby.The host Jose Luis was also very responsive which helps a lot.

Perfect location, very clean. The only negative I would say is that the living room was smaller that I anticipated and we had to park in a garage around the corner which was tough with luggage. However that wouldn’t stop me from staying again. It’s a great location, well stocked, clean and the host was great.

We really enjoyed this property and we would stay again. Location was excellent! The apartment was very clean with everything listed as per website. Two small things; the third powder room only had a very unpleasant smell and there was a horrible odour in the stairwell. Once these two things get cleaned up, then this is a 5* place. For a larger family (we were 5 adults) the living space is very small. A bit disappointing after a long day of being a tourist. Overall, we would recommend! We are from Toronto. Thanks LV Premier.

AMAZING Property

The location is amazing - European charm and vibrant atmosphere collide. Did check in online, everything was sent via email and communicated timely. Super clean, beds where crispy and comfy, laundry services located in apartment was a nice feature, adequate towels. Can’t say enough about this place.We visited with our 4 kids aged 5-14, everyone loved the property; STRONGLY RECOMMEND. I am not compensated for this review; these are my opinions.

Fantastic location - everything you need

We stayed here for Tuesday - Friday and enjoyed the location. Its proximity to shopping made it convenient to return with our purchases. It rained while we were there every day so we appreciated being able to return to our apartment. One of our party needed help planning her return to the airport and the office staff went above and beyond to help make sure she understood how to meet her uber. Hope to return again!

This is a great location but not great for three couples. There are only 2 1/2 bathrooms and one of them is right off the kitchen and living area. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t close and made a big noise when opened and closed. The management team did try to address this but it it was still an issue. The place needs some upgrades. Beds were comfortable.

Unbelievable Location

The apartment was just as the photos suggested, wonderful! Great layout for group travelers. The location was exceptional, walking distance to many "must see" attractions in the Chiado and Alto Barrio neighborhood. While there are no cars allowed on the street (a plus for certain), it is less just a 2 minute walk to where Taxis/Ubers can pick you up. I Will definitely be recommending this apartment to friends and family!

GREAT LOCATION

WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5. THE UNIT WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE STAFF RESPONSIVE WHEN THE COFFEE POT BROKE WE HAD A NEW ONE IMMEDIATELY. THE STREET DOES NOT ALLOW MOTOR VEHICLES WHICH WAS A PLUS FOR US BUT COULD BE A NEGATIVE IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF LUGGAGE. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

High class city center

Our stay was short here. Next time we will stay here much longer. This location is in the heart of the city in the high class area. If you are wanting to take a tuk tuk, they come here and will take you all over. We are Harry Potter fans. This location is on the same street, just a few doors down from the location that inspired Ollivanders wand shop… JOALHARIA DO CARMO, a gloves shop. A must see. The balcony views and live music are great too.
