It is a luxurious 3 bedroom house located in the village of Ericeira, which includes a spacious living room that allows you to relax in two separate places. One of them dedicated to the TV room and the other a more intimate relaxation. A dining room with amazing views of the garden light, accompanied by a kitchen that connects to the pool, also stand out on the ground floor. Going up to the second floor you will find 3 high end suites, elegantly decorated, each accompanied by its private bathroom. In one, will be surprised by a magnificent whirlpool jacuzzi type with a privileged view, to music selected by you. The garden surrounding the house, provides delicious moments either in the pool or on the barbecue in the warm evenings. Downstairs, there is a games room where you can recreate leisure and fun. Great Villa

Lovely villa. Everything you need for a great holiday with a 10 minute walk into town. This Villa is great for a family. There's lots of space and everything you need. Each of the 3 bedrooms has their own bathroom. Great living space, kitchen, pool area and vey large garage with table games for the kids.

Very comfortable spacious villa

We really enjoyed our stay in Ericeira. The villa is exactly as described and very comfortable. Didi was great and very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. It’s an easy walk into the lovely old town but steep on the way up. We often took an Uber back which are cheap and plentiful. It can get windy at the villa

House needs some work

Only one shower working and privacy issues due to being in a bedroom with glass window into shower. 1980’s massage shower defective. Pool very cold and they wanted €75 per day!!!!! Extra to heat it. Kitchen dated and not luxury, leaky sink area, Coffee machine from 1985 Patio area very small and not particularly private. Decking needs some repair. Decor quite dated. I feel the house was not of the standard for the price we paid.

Great property in Ericeira

Overall the property was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and located close to the town center and ocean. The walk into town was all downhill but the return was up some very steep hills. We took the approach of walking into town but taking an Uber back. The Uber was usually around 4 euro from town. Each bedroom had a bathroom but the bedroom with the jacuzzi tub had no shower making it very inconvenient. Another bedroom had a shower enclosed in a very narrow tube which was also difficult to use. The bedroom at the top of the steps had a normal shower but the valves leaked heavily and the floor was made from unsealed wooden slats that never dried – breeding ground for bacteria. The house was bright and had a pleasant breeze when the windows were open. The area was quiet with no traffic however there were barking dogs but that cannot be controlled by the owner (we also experienced loud construction noise from across the street the entire week.) The appliances were clean and modern however the over controls had no markings so it was impossible to know what mode or temperature was set. Beware of the Tourist Tax of 2 euro per day per guest that must be paid in cash. Apparently this was noted on the Portuguese version of VRBO but there was no mention on the US version. The property manager threatened to take away our key until it was paid. Finally, the WIFI was good with fast throughput but there was no signal after 9PM each night.

Très belle villa, très bien placé, emplacement très calme et à 8-10min de la plage à pieds. Très grande maison avec des grands espaces, très propre, l’intérieur est encore mieux que sur les photos, les photos sur le site ne représente pas assez bien la beauté de la maison. Belle maison en bord de mer

La maison est agréable, même si elle n’est pas aussi récente qu’elle le paraît sur les photos. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Le jacuzzi et le chauffage de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas. Rita s’edt montrée très amicale et à l’écoute. La maison est bien située et permet des balades sympa en quelques minutes à pied dans le centre d’Ericeira, petite vile très mignonne et pourvue de commerces de qualité.

Extraordinary

Tout était absolument parfait. Rien à redire. Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Catarina, qui nous a en plus donné d'excellents conseils, à la fois pour trouver des bonnes tables, à Ericeira et à Lisbonne, mais aussi nous a donné des conseils à propos des plages environnantes, des endroits où sortir, et des choses à voir dans la région. La villa est idéalement située, dans un quartier calme, mais à distance de marche du centre ville de cette charmante petite ville qu'est Ericeira. Toutes les installations marchent parfaitement bien. La piscine, un peu frisquette à notre arrivée, était chaude dès la fin de notre premier jour sur place. Séjour délicieux. Nous sommes restés trois jours, et avons tous regretté de ne pas rester une semaine de plus. Une vraie affaire. Aucune raison d'hésiter.

Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour de douze jours en famille avec 3 enfants. Tout d'abord un grand merci au propriétaire et sa fille d'une gentillesse très rare de nos jours. De multiples attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison est d'une qualité irréprochable ainsi que tous les équipements ( l'ensemble était neuf à notre arrivée). Nous vous conseillons vivement cette villa où nous reviendrons très certainement. Un détail important, la piscine à une profondeur reduite ce qui permets aux enfants de s'y amuser sans danger.

We had the wonderful stay here. The home is spacious and luxurious. We had everything we needed. Lovely views. A quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to town and beach. No need for a car. Uber is very much available and reasonable. Owners were really friendly and communicative and helped us with any queries or questions. Ericeira is beautiful - we will return!

Trip with family and friends

Great villa with all the amenities you require! We stayed with 6 adults and 2 children (18 months and 7) and had a great time. The bedrooms are modern and spacious. The kitchen had everything we required. Checkin was smooth- we were met at the property despite our flight being delayed. Short walk to the beach and into town - 7-10 minutes. And about 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket. Will definitely consider booking again if we visit in the future.

Lovely house in great small seaside town

We loved the house and the town of Ericeira. The house is comfortable and airy. Great table table tennis area and the pool is small but perfect. Plenty of good family restaurants and bars in the town and the beaches are spectacular. It is a short downhill walk from the house to the south beach, but it can be a longer track back up the hill to get home!

House is so so

The communication and welcome was fantastic but did not make up for our overall opinion of the house. The pool is small with practically no garden (weather didnt help). The house is not fit for 10 as set out in the ad (lack of beds and kitchen utencils). Barking dogs kept us up at night and the beds are uncomfortable. In short, we find it is very overpriced.

Great choice we made for our stay in Ericiera

The villa is CONTEMPORARY in its open plan layout, docor and furnishing - a great WOW FACTOR when you arrive. All mod cons and pool. OK the Jacuzzi didnt seem to work but I was more concerned with playing table tennis to beat my kids (>30 years old) ----mission not completed , must be getting old. One issue we had on our stay (hot water not really hot enough) was sorted in a few hours by a contractor. The property is extremely well equipped.... for all ages Communication with the owners was great. OK 7 minutes to beach is only if you walk VERY fast - but position is good. We liked the one button to lower all the roller shutters - just like a PANIC ROOM! We hope the next renters like the 6 bottle of wine we didnt drink and left. One negative - only a bath/ jacuzzi in main bedroom Oh yes and as we had a three year old grandchild we asked might ther be a buggy (stroller, push chair) to hire in Ericeira... Well there was one there in the lounge when we arrived - very many thanks But we would wholeheartedly recommend this property for a great stay... Great holiday in the lovely town of Ericeira. The villa suited our needs perfectly. We were two families totalling 10 people, the only suggestions I would have for that amount of people sharing this villa would be the need for an extra shower, the jacuzzi bath was a waste for us. Also the weather can be a little unpredictable so a heated pool would work here. The evenings can get quite cold with the wind so bring a few jumpers., but Its a lovely place with a lovely holiday feel.

A great place for vacation

Great house, perfect location

The house is huge, really well equipped and perfectly located just 10 min walk from the town and the beach. We stayed here with friends and our 1year old son. It was a great place to entertain guests, have bbqs and generally hang out. The bedrooms are big and the bathrooms are good. We had an amazing time here and Catarina was a brilliant host. 100% recommend!
