If you want a quiet but charming place to stay in Lisbon you've come to the right apartment.

It's located in a traditional neighbourhood with coffees, grocery shops and restaurants. Just 5 minutes walking from here you'll find bars and restaurants for a fun night in town.

Here you'll find the space to rest comfortably and enjoy a good night sleep. It has a light decoration but is equipped with everything you need.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.

I or a local friend of mine will be at the apartment waiting for you to check you in and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need any tips on what to do, to see and where to eat I’ll also be more than happy to assist you!

Santos is known for its designer shops, restaurants and bars. But it's also a neighbourhood of grand mansions, just like the residential Lapa district up to the hill. It was here that many aristocrats and noble families lived in the 18th century, and many of their homes have now been turned into hotels and embassies (the best examples are on Rua do Sacramento à Lapa and on Rua das Janelas Verdes).

Behind Largo de Santos (Santos Square) are the narrow streets of the tiny and picturesque neighbourhood of Madragoa, which, together with Alfama, was home to Lisbon's fishwives and fishing community. Today it's a neighbourhood known for its traditional taverns and "petiscos" (tapas) restaurants, and for its many tiled facades.

Arrival between 00:00 and 03:00 are subject to a 40.00EUR late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:59 are subject to a 25.00EUR late arrival fee.

After seeing the many families, routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is to keep everything and everyone working as they have until now, holding the boat amid this great storm and helping to raise our neighbourhood, our city, and our country! Our commitment:

Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.

Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.

As a welcoming gift, you'll be presented with one of our famous Portuguese wines.

*Covid 19: Uber + Unilabs*
In Lisbon, Uber makes available through the app, the request for a Covid-19 test.

This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal's reference laboratories.

With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their home to perform a Covid-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user's location with personal protective equipment to collect the sample.

Unilabs offers two Covid-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR tests and rapid detection antigen tests. The PCR test costs 125€ with a result delivery within 24 hours after collection. The Antigen test, a test with a lower sensitivity but with faster results - results given in 15 minutes - has a cost of 50€ and report delivery within 4 hours after collection.
As an easygoing host, I don't have many rules. All I ask is that you treat the flat as if it were your own. We want you to have a good time in Lisbon and if you need any help we're available and as such there is only one rule: please leave the flat as you found it! Please also note that late check-in fees may apply after 21h00.
