great place to stay to see Sintra
Be careful of parking on the road next to place. Many trucks pass by this road and it is very narrow.

Horrible recepción y limpieza
Valoro la estancia negativa por varios motivos.
Dos días antes de la llegada nos pusimos en contacto con él "propietario/empresa gestora" para preguntar si podíamos hacer el check in anted de la hora indicada, nos responden que debido a la estricta política de entrada y salida no se podía ya que tenían que limpiar para estar en óptimas condiciones para nuestra estancia, lo.cual entendimos perfectamente y se nos indica que la hora de entrada es a las 15:00 h.
Elmdia de llegada volvimos a escribir al "propietario/empresa gestora" para que nos dieran instrucciones de entrada.....solo nos remite indicaciones para dejar el coche.
Llegamos a la puerta del apartamento a las 15:00 horas...... seguían sin ponerse en contacto con nosotros.....a las 15:30 llamamos al centro de asistencia del portal y nos dicen que el "propietario/empresa gestora" nos tenía que haber enviado los códigos de entrada...cosa que no hizo...nos remiten por Whatsapp desde el centro de ayuda los códigos...... cuál es nuestra sorpresa al.entrar que estaba todo sucio.....las camas sin hacer.....no habían limpiado.
Nos volvemos a poner en contacto con él centro de ayuda y nos dicen que van a enviar a un equipo de limpieza.....a los 10 minutos a aparece un chico muy amable , solo, para limpiar....bos tenemod6qie ir del apartamento sin colocar nada....
Al volver ..... había limpiado sí....pero solo lo que pudo.....debajo de laa camas había un dedo de pelusas y suciedad.....en un dormitorio solo puso sabanas bajeras..
