Their cleanliness, friendliness of all staff, understanding when an extra 20 minutes are needed when your wife takes too long to redo her hair again...etc. This Quality in qnd this location and the owner and the family are top notch in every way. I make a point of going here any time I travel that direction and even for home away when its caotic. Thank you for making the stay almost like a pleasant family stay. The breakfast is the best Ive had at any competitors of the single location. 10 of 10"

"We had a family wedding in nearby Marion and this rental offered just what we needed. The spacious kitchen and dining room made the preparation and sharing of meals very convenient. Having three full baths was wonderful. The history and beauty of the rental was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is the only motel/hotel conveniently located on the Marion/Mullins bypass to Myrtle Beach, SC. The exterior is kept neat and clean, the AM breakfast is adequate, the room is clean and the staff were excellent during my stay, July 24-27, room 108. The facility is listed at a 2.5 rating; it is about 40 yrs old now and could use some updating. It also has a faint smell of cigarettes in the carpeted room; even though there is a posting on the front door, smokers did linger close to the entrance. Hopefully, the owners will do a refresh during the fall and winter months to be ready for the spring/summer travelers. "
